There was a disturbance on 4th floor with a guest vigorously yelling and banging on their door, and it lasted almost 2 hours with no resolution. Yet, your day front desk staff was going to call the police on another guest for grabbing a clean towel to shower, as their room was not mage up.
I would not recommend this hotel

Quiet hotel with a warm pool and fitness center. Free parking and free breakfast are appreciated. The only negative comment I have is that the clean state of the hotel and room could be improved.

Forced to wait 2 hours in the lobby to check in after a 5 1/2 hour drive, as the "virtual card" from you (Expedia) was declined multiple times, and the front desk staff couldnt care less, just moved on assisting other people forcing me to be on the phone for nearly an hour. After showering, i had to wash my feet again after about an hour as the floors hadnt been mopped in lord knows how long.
Last time painting and renovations were done, it was clearly done by someone with little to no experience...shoddy and unkempt

Got off the elevator to walk to my room and there were multiple condoms in the wrapper (thankfully unused) on the carpet. The hotel is so dirty and run down and I only stayed since the bed was clean and it was too late to book elsewhere.
When I arrived the staff was not around and I finally saw a person having their lunch in a dark conference room. Flagged him down and he eventually arrived to check me in. No apology for standing there 15 mins.
Seems that the clientele
are either young people who are there to party of alternative housing for those requiring temporary housing.

Staff were great. The room was nice and clean. The heat in the hallway was broken and was exceptionally hot, and it must have been the cause of an incessant tone, which eventually became headache inducing. Understandably it was the weekend, but there must have been emergency services available?
There were no other concerns at all! We would stay again if we came back to the area.

It is a nice hotel. My problem came in when they charge an extra $147 on my credit card. I went to management about it and they told me that it's there hotel policy to charge an extra $147 for deposit on top of Expedia $200 for the room. I had to explain to them that it was against the law and they was stealing and I'll call the police if the money was sent back. To add matter worst when I checked out I got another charger twice for $200 ea. At this point I had to call my credit card company to report them and stop all transactions from them. I don't know what kind a fraudulent is going on there but other customers need to be careful
