The room was beautiful and the property had a shuttle for Canadian tire centre event. Bus drivers were awesome

It was a staycation for us and it was just a relaxing and enjoyable treat staying at this property. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. We dine in the jazz lounge and had a wonderful evening. Great atmosphere!

Fantastic stay at Brookstreet! The room was spotless and beautifully set up, with a bed and pillows that were unbelievably comfortable - best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Very clean and relaxing

Brookstreet is by far the best hotel in Ottawa. We live a few hours away and still go there at least 3 times a year for multiple nights to get away. The pool in the summer is incredible and the staff is top notch

Nice place, bed way too soft...could hear the folks in hall and adjacent rooms easily also.

Loved our stay at Brookstreet. Very quiet anndwe enjoyed the pools. Love the waddling pool and play structure in the pool for the smaller kiddos. Warm pool water inside and out.

I liked the hotel in general, staff, cleanliness, room was very nice.
