Modern hotel with professional and friendly staff

This is our third time staying at this location and it’s clean and close to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets (12 min. drive). This time I was a bit disappointed though because there was no decaf coffee or tea in the room. We asked for decaf and got it, but asked for tea and never got it. These are minor issues though. There were some wrappers from the previous guests on the floor by the bed when we got there, but the bathroom and everything else was spotless. Our toilet rocked when we used it and the shower sputtered no matter what I did. I reported the toilet to staff when we left. These issues were anomalies though and I would stay there again. Breakfast definitely is not worth the money, so avoid that. Otherwise, the underground parking is great and the staff is very courteous. The shuttle to hockey games is also a lot of fun, so take advantage of it.

Lovely bedding and a nice clean room.

Poor room layout. Lack of dresser drawers made a longer stay uncomfortable. Housekeeping was not great. On the upside, the Perspectives Restaurant on site was excellent.

An ideal place to stay in Kanata, the room was sparkling clean and quiet, the jazz bar fun and the underground parking was easily accessible. The staff were warm and friendly and very accommodating.

Great room and service at check-in. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent room, beautiful as usual. Parking was over priced and we had a little bit too much noise from the room beside us. Scantily dressed woman arrived at the next room as we were getting into our room.

Room was big and comfortable, bed was a little soft for my liking and there was no bathtub, however there was lots to do so not much time was spent in the room. Hot tub, pool, dry sauna and excellent gym area.

We went to this hotel cause my kids love to pool, the kids pool is amazing but very rusty and things are falling apart The towels in our dirty were all dirty we had to use the towels from the pool, I mentioned this to the front desk receptionist but she didn't seemed to care

Room was changed from two queens to one king without notice after a two hour drive. Charged for parking. Womens hair all over the sink

Staff was amazing! The shuttle to the game was great! We even forgot something in our room and they shipped it to us!

Easily my favorite hotel in Kanata, nothing in the west end of ottawa compares

Staff very friendly and helpful. And room was spotless

Great room with a lovely view of the City, and the golf course below. The food in the restaurant was very good. Staff were helpful. The only minor downside was that at Christmas the hours for the fitness facility were limited. Will go back when I have more time to enjoy the facilities.
