Awesome place to stay. Lunch in the dining room was good and lounge. Black Gold Burger was amazing, highly recommend! Lounge has exceptional entertainment.

Property was nice enough however we ended up with a group of young men and women yelling and “whooping” through the halls in the early hours of the morning, slamming their doors, generally being really noisy - likely still wound up from one of the wedding receptions I’m assuming. We got very little sleep. Hotels need to do a much better job of not placing regular guests on the same floors as sports tournament teams or event guests, because clearly people have lost any sense of respect for others. Hotel front desk offered nothing in response to our displeasure. Likely won’t be back for the cost.

The hotel had no power overnight and staff offered no solutions. Elderly guest needed power for CPAP & heart monitor. Hotel unwilling to comp room because I booked through Expedia. Furthermore, hotel manager gave me incorrect email when offering me discounted rate on future stay. Worst hotel experience I have ever dealt with, at any property, globally.

L)lcArrived after 3pm and were told that room was not ready so could not check in. Was told that hotel was very full and many rooms were still not cleaned. Why are more clean staff not brought in when hotel is full up? We had a 5pm party (not in hotel. Finally got key at 4:15pm. This rush was truly unacceptable!
