Suiteに泊まりましたが、全てが素晴らしかったです。

スタッフの人がユーモアが合って皆さんいい方でエレベーターがない中荷物を運んでいただきました。サービスは良かったです。レモン水のドリンクも良かったです。

息子のシェアハウスがちょうどこのホテルの近くだったので予約しました。 治安も良く美味しいレストランにも近い為行くことが出来ました。部屋も可愛らしく清潔でベットではぐっすりと眠る事が出来ました。 大変満足しています。 スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 ありがとうございますございました。

I really enjoyed the stay at James Inn. The staffs were very helpful and kind. The lobby and the room were so nice and cute! The location is very convenient to walk around and take buses. I have good intent to recommend to everyone!!

The hotel is old but kept in fairly good condition. The lack of elevator is a bit challenging for those with heavy luggage. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. I was just asked about wanting clean towels once in five nights so room for improvement there. Great location in James Bay and an easy walk to the downtown area, Beacon Hill Park and Dallas Road beaches.

This Hotel was so cool I would recomend to anyone. The staff are fantastic. The old world charm brings you back to the early 1900. The food at the pub was great. Will stay here again. There are alot of stairs if you can't do to many stairs should try to get a room on the first floor. Loved that they had a place to safely store our biked when where not in use.

Old world charm in walking distance to the tourism strip. Same price as a very poor place we stayed at in North Vancouver. Had only one night wanted to stay longer. Brilliant situation and a large clean old world room.

No elevator. The restaurant food was not good. No coffee maker.

The staff was very kind and went out of their way to help. The hotel is very charming. It is in a great location and you can walk to downtown. The restaurant was very good too.

This was my 4th stay at the JB Inn in just over a year. I have 2 more upcoming bookings. What more can I say? Big thanks to Hedy on the desk who makes you feel so welcome. Very special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who had the cottage ready for me, well before noon! My love affair with Victoria goes on!

Beautiful historic building, really convenient location, clean and quiet and so nice to have the pub downstairs. It is a bit hot without air conditioning but they had a fan for us in the room which helped!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We were greeted so kindly, our room was lovely and the attached pub was a nice addition. The area is great for walking Victoria. We will be back.

Great location. Beacon Hill park just up street and Harbour short walk. Room was huge and clean. Stayed 5 nights. Cory and Sherry were wonderful in the pub and food was amazing. Enjoyed our breakfasts in the cafe . Heady and Roy were friendly and welcoming. A charming and historic place to stay. Free parking a bonus. My husband loved his morning coffee in lobby at 6 as he is an early riser. We will definitely stay there again. No air conditioning but with windows open got a nice breeze which I prefer. I hope I got names right. Apologize if not as not great with names but you were all fantastic

Upon check-in we were greeted by the staff whom were super friendly. It was our first time in Victoria so they were able to tell us about the surrounds and attractions. The building had a very historic vibe and the room was clean. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking to avoid big chain hotels and find something local and unique.

Fabulous location. Excellent restaurant. Wonder proprietor. A great choice if you need to be in central Victoria very walkable.

Cute quaint hotel. The staff were friendly and wonderful. Area was beautiful and loved being in walking distance to downtown. I’m not sure if I would stay again mostly because the room was just too hot and stuffy even with the two fans. I was unable to open windows for fresh breeze because of not having screens ( fears of something coming in). Over all though not bad place

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I did not get to try their restaurant downstairs but overall would recommend this place for short term stay in Victoria. All the popular attractions was in walking distance and there is a bus station five minutes away.
