Suiteに泊まりましたが、全てが素晴らしかったです。

スタッフの人がユーモアが合って皆さんいい方でエレベーターがない中荷物を運んでいただきました。サービスは良かったです。レモン水のドリンクも良かったです。

息子のシェアハウスがちょうどこのホテルの近くだったので予約しました。 治安も良く美味しいレストランにも近い為行くことが出来ました。部屋も可愛らしく清潔でベットではぐっすりと眠る事が出来ました。 大変満足しています。 スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 ありがとうございますございました。

I really enjoyed the stay at James Inn. The staffs were very helpful and kind. The lobby and the room were so nice and cute! The location is very convenient to walk around and take buses. I have good intent to recommend to everyone!!

This hotel is a historic building with many original features which have been meticulously preserved. However, it is not old and musty, it's fresh and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly, especially Ann and the restaurant is very good.

We were pleased with the size of the room which was large. The beds were comfortable and clean. And the hotel was nice and quiet. Overall a great place to stay.

Our room was nice and clean with the bedmaker coming every day. We did not have air conditioning in our room but they did have 2 portable fans in the room. There were 3 windows that we could open at night as well. Unfortunately only one of the windows had a screen. The food at the hotel downstairs was delicious and the servers very friendly. Definitely recommend eating there. It is in a great location. Ended up walking to all the main attractions.

I don’t think I’ve given a 11 out of ten but the staff deserves it. And the rest of the Inn is a ten. Keep up the good work.

We really enjoyed our stay at the James Bay Hotel! The location is excellent—quiet yet central—and everything is within easy walking distance. Beautiful Beacon Hill Park is very close by. The rooms are comfortably furnished and very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Parking is free. There is a breakfast restaurant and a cozy pub serving tasty beer and food. We would happily recommend it to others!

This is a beautiful little gem. Was in Victoria for my convocation and got to stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and we were wowed by the room (suite!) we got. Perfect location too - it's a very short walk into all the great things downtown and down to the water but is also super quiet in the neighborhood so you can sleep well. We will definitely be back.

This was not our first stay at the James Bay Inn, and it certainly won't be our last. We love the character and charm of this historic property. While it is an older hotel, it is well cared for and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it stand out from more generic accommodations. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely fun to interact with, which added to the overall experience. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant and were very pleased with both the food and the service. We also stopped by the pub and received the same great service there. It's clear that customer service is a priority throughout the property. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is charming, and the staff always make us feel welcome. We highly recommend the James Bay Inn and look forward to staying there again.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Charme. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to walk to the harbor, shops and great pubs (the pub downstairs had really good food, as did the cafe for breakfast). Nice staff :)

We stayed in the Cottage and enjoyed the privacy and space. A 30 second walk to the Pub where their staff were also very nice.

Charming place with some limitations: this spot is well situated with the harbour, Beacon Hill Park (& sea), plus good groceries and coffee nearby. Parking is free though at times hard to get. If you cannot do stairs, do not stay here, as there are many. I liked the common living/sitting spaces best: nice balconies to have morning coffee or a drink in the evenings, and couches to lounge in, though this is not unrelated to the modestly sized rooms. There is no coffee/tea in the room but the complemintary coffee/tea bar in the lobby is pretty good. Nice fresh paint and a fan made my room cool enough.

Went to the pub for a meal and loved the atmosphere, food and service Had breakfast in the art deco Cafe, great service, food and value for money James Bay Inn is in a great location with easy walking access

The hotel is located so conveniently to parks and attractions. Very walkable and quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast at the in-house pub. Only suggestion would be to have a bug screen for the windows so we can keep it open during the night. Room was a bit hot and had to have a fan on all night.
