部屋の中はオシャレで天井も高くとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。 レンジがあれば文句なしです。

Clean and friendly staff. A little far from main street.

ロフトのスイートで、お部屋も広く快適に過ごすことができました。バスタブもあり、疲れもとれました。小さな街ですが、中心部からは少し歩きます。

The jets on the hot tub are terrible barely even felt them, the rooms were awesome and clean

Parking was difficult unless you pay for underground parking - which should be included with the nightly rate, in my opinion. We had a room right next to the lobby, so it was loud from other guests. No breakfast option.

The housekeeping did our bed daily but didn't vacuum the floor and we asked the front to remind the housekeeping dept vaccuum the floor as we have kids. Staff were excellent at the front and always smiling

Great for the price. It is a decent walk into town, also the room was not very sound proof - the train from outside and others closing their doors was very noisy.

Banff Inn is a great spot. Short walk downtown, very friendly and helpful staff especially Elmer at the the front desk that made some great recommendations for my wife who wasn’t skiing. Easy underground parking, ski shuttle stop next door and a great steam room to help ease the muscles after a long day of skiiing. Not the fanciest hotel, but great showers, high end bed linens and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.

Underground parking was nice when it snowed, great location too

Room smelled like raw sewage . Hair on the bed. No coffee or breakfast , the only food available was after 5pm at the restaurant attached to hotel. Manager wasn’t overly helpful in assisting in planning activities. No laundry room either.

Les pistes de ski étaient facilement accessibles. Le spa est un super ajout!

Had a good time at this hotel. I liked the hotel room and hard wood floors very nice. The hot tub was excellent and the steam worked well.
