部屋の中はオシャレで天井も高くとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。 レンジがあれば文句なしです。

Clean and friendly staff. A little far from main street.

ロフトのスイートで、お部屋も広く快適に過ごすことができました。バスタブもあり、疲れもとれました。小さな街ですが、中心部からは少し歩きます。

Checking in I had a problem with my bank overseas doing maintenance the reception staff were super helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Close enough to walk to where we needed to go. Overall a very enjoyable stay

The place is nice and clean. The location is great. However, our loft suite has 3 queen beds but only one bathroom, which is not convenient.

Basic accommodations at $600+ a night. No safe, no complimentary water bottles etc. Rooms were clean. Facility is dated. Buffet breakfast mediocre. Late night checkin staff was excellent.

The staff was super helpful and the room was clean and spacious.

Extremly poor maintenance and staff at the front desk were rude and very unwelcoming . Would never recommend stay at this hotel . Every bathroom has an issue .

Hope the AC wont stop every moment.

Our room was clean and spacious. Lots of breakfast options in the restaurant. Walkable to the center of town.

Liked the extra bed in the loft

We liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.

I prepaid for my extra guests and ihe inn tried to charge me again for extra guests. I showed my receipt and they fixed their etror, so beware, bring your receipt!

Good place

Great time in Banff, great place to stay.

We arrived prior to check in time – 4 pm and we were asked to check in at/or after 4 pm as per check in time. We went back after 4 pm, and at check in we were told that we have been upgraded to a Deluxe room (booked Standard room),with 2 queen beds. What were not told is that the room is across the reception desk. We walked in the room, and we noticed right away that it is a bit noisy. We asked the receptionist if we can switch the room because we found it nosy, and we were told that the hotel is sold out and there is nothing that can be done. We opened the window to get some fresh air, in front of the window is a smoking bench, and the smoke from the cigarette was coming through the window, we could not open it any longer since the people were there for a long time. Throughout the night there was constant traffic in and out, and the noise from people rolling their suitcases kept us awake. At 5:50 am a travel group of maybe 25 people were gathered in the lobby awaiting the restaurant to open speaking loudly. It felt like we were sleeping in the lobby surrounded by the group. After sharing the experience with the receptionists, they suggested that we could close the emergency door to avoid the noise, they apologized and said that they will note on the file. The room itself was ok, however, the upgrade was unfortunate for us, because all we got is a sleepless night, no fresh air,and no option to move or cancel the Res.even tough we knew it will be noisy.Stay away from # 131.

I didn't like that I had to pay extra for my husband and parking. For the cost, parking should be included and this is not clear, until you check in. You have no choice because there is no open lot for parking. The hotel is on a small parcel of land. I wish I would have known this. Otherwise spotless, beds are wondeful for good sleep. Only 2 coffee pods, no water.

It was a great experience and no complaints. Could see the mountains from room.
