Great spot!

Deluxe Room was considerably smaller than portrayed, and the bathroom barely big enough to fit one person. The on-site spa was mediocre, especially the sauna, which was set to a lukewarm temperature (about 125 degrees F) and would have taken at least an hour to heat up to a proper temperature. No breakfast on-site. I am likely to return to Banff, but I will find a better place to stay.

We had a loft suite which was big enough for our family of 4 adults. The staff at reception were helpful and parking at hotel was easy.

We paid just under $300 for a queen bed in a closet. The room felt to be about 90° and adjusting the thermostat did nothing. We opened the only window that looked out onto a rooftop, right at a large air conditioning unit, and had no screen. We ended up just powering off the heating unit for the entire night to make it somewhat comfortable. The bed slanted so that the feet were higher than the head. The bathroom was nice, but very small and we had extremely small towels that were stringy and very thin to shower with. Would not stay here again. Not worth the money!

Great place to stay in Banff!

Room was great, perfect layout for our situation with loft and 3 queen beds. Easy walk into town and ski shuttle pick up next door was very handy.

Was promised parking and didn’t receive it, was promised a cot only to find out the only have baby cots. It was disappointing and we felt neglected

We were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room at no cost, however it was directly above the parkade door/entrance so not the quietest. Staff were friendly. Underground parking was nice but expensive.

False advertisement on listing! Stated underground parking as available, found out extra costs included. Stated breakfast included. No breakfast available. Booked a room with a 6 person occupancy. Was charged extra for every person after the "alloted x2" requiring additional costs, per person per night, why bother booking a 6 person room then? Room was nice.

They upgraded our room to a kind suite with no extra charge !!! Beautiful room, very clean & staff was super friendly !!

Ended up paying in us dollars when website was showing quote in Canadian dollars

Stayed there Fri. andSaturday night. Friday night got little to no sleep as we were placed in a room right by the elevator door. And people were coming and going quite loudly in the hallways from about 11:30 on till about 4 AM. Saturday night we moved to a quieter room and that was much better.

Overall the stay wasn’t bad it would have been nice if the room had been better taken care of when it came to the daily service and our initial arrival. When we first walked through the room we noticed the shower curtain had a black spot on it and some parts of the bed sheet had little small black spots. Maybe it’s makeup or some kind of stain but regardless we asked for new sheets and shower curtain but was told they would change it in the morning. The next day when we came back to the room after the daily tidying is done we noticed both the shower curtain and the bed sheets hadn’t been changed. The room itself was nice and big but the online photos had definitely miss lead into thinking the room different. The bathroom was shown as a shower with a glass door but it’s actually a tub shower with a curtain. Overall I would say the stay is not horrible but definitely not great.
