Our stay at this motel was extremely disappointing. While we understand that the property is not new, the condition of the room was far from acceptable and did not match the photos shown online. The images used for booking seemed very misleading, almost like they were enhanced or AI-generated because the actual room looked nothing like what was advertised.
The mattress had visible stains, which immediately made us uncomfortable about cleanliness. On top of that, there was a strong smell coming from the ceiling, similar to fresh paint or chemicals, which made the room unpleasant to stay in.
Customer service was also disappointing. The front desk staff came across as rude and unhelpful. When it came to the damage deposit, we paid using a credit card under the impression that it would be returned immediately upon checkout. However, after checking out, we were informed that the refund would take some time to process, which was inconvenient and not clearly explained beforehand. We were also not given the option to pay the deposit in cash to avoid this delay.
Overall, the experience did not meet even basic expectations. We hope the management takes steps to improve both the accuracy of their listings and the quality of their service.
