建物は最新というわけではないですが、とても清潔に保たれていて、ベッドのマットもしっかりしていたので、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 住宅街(ちょっと郊外？)なので、とても静かで、最高に過ごしやすいです。 仕事で車が必要なのですが、無料駐車スペースは十分な台数が確保されていて、以前泊まったホテルは駐車場有りと書いていながらいつもいっぱいで毎晩悩まされましたが、そういった事もなく安心！ シャワーは壁に設置されていて動かせませんが、お湯もしっかりでて問題なし。 シャンプーとコンディショナー、シャワーキャップと、固形石鹸がありました。ボディソープやフェイシャルソープ、髭剃りなどは自分で用意しましょう。 ちゃんとシャワーの仕切りがあるので、フロアがべしゃべしゃになることはありません。 コインランドリーは、ランドリー4ドル乾燥4ドルで、しっかり乾いてくれます。 あと特筆すべきは、スタッフの方の対応がとてもよく、フレンドリーでウェルカムな雰囲気がとても伝わってきました。 今後メルボルンに来るときは、ここを定宿にします。

早朝の到着にもかかわらず、オーナーがとても親切に対応してくれ、チェックイン出来た。 コーヒーもすすめられ、おもてなしを感じられた。

Hotel rooms could do with an upgrade but staff were excellent. Very good for a one night stay.

It was a really bad night

Clean comfortable motel. Sufficient amenities in the room. Close to public transport and Austin Hospital. Wifi ok.

I felt like I was walking into a slasher film at this motel. The lock to get into the rear building was difficult to open, the bathroom had no toilet roll holder, gouges in the plaster and the door wouldn't close properly. There was no way to wash up the cups or cutlery we used. The aircon unit smelled musty when running and when we went to check out the pool, we decided not to risk the water because it didn't look very nice. The walls were very thin and we could hear the people in the room above us walking around and our neighbours having a conversation. The staff were friendly though, but thankfully we were busy all weekend and spent very little time in the room itself.

Sehr einfach und sehr laut. Wir hatten Zimmer zur mehrspurigen Strasse. Fenster ganz einfach und nicht gedämmt, lassen jedes Geräusch durch. Buchung war ein Fehler.

Property needs a new up date.nothing changed since was built. Pool was unusable, pool area neglected, building security inadequate -daytime door tired open with rope, night time door held open ajar with a brick. Spa had no plug.kitchen in room has no washing area had to use bathroom basin.

Room was big & clean & reasonably priced but outdated. Check in was easy & simple as I had prepaid. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t have it on at night in 36degrees. Road noise was terrible Corridors stunk of cigarette smoke. Other patrons noisy & playing music at 4am. Room are not in anyway soundproof. Pool was disgusting & couldn’t be used.

Bed comfortable nice sheets and pillows. General condition of room and bathroom poor, cracked sink, black between tiles, toilet cistern cracked. Iron burn mark on carpet. No food/breakfast available. Only saw someone on reception when we arrived, otherwise deserted staff wise.

Availability of free parking great New management needs to improve hugely as they have let the place go down hill which is a real shame

The motel was exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, great hot water and shower water pressure and off street parking included.

Room was very dusty. Looks like the table gets wiped and the floor vacuumed but a lot of dust on the heating/ air conditioner. Room on need of an update. Toilet roll holder falling off the wall. Staff were very nice and helpful, even after staying somewhere else we had to come back for a couple of toys that were lwdt behind. The staff kept them for usbuntil we could pick them up

Older style hotel including old furniture. There were even old accessories boxed over when new fittings installed. It was clean and comfortable. Road noise was too noisy.

Property is dated but functional. Clean, with adequate facilities for an overnight stay. Customer service needs a major effort. The office was closed most of the time. I was annoyed by the lack of consideration given to patrons who were not advised that power was to turned off by the local electricity supplier so that major works (all day) could be completed. The Motel would have been advised that this was to occur but patrons were not told. This would have enabled me to avoid being halfway through a shower when the power went off, as well as use kettle and toaster to prepare something for breakfast.
