建物は最新というわけではないですが、とても清潔に保たれていて、ベッドのマットもしっかりしていたので、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 住宅街(ちょっと郊外？)なので、とても静かで、最高に過ごしやすいです。 仕事で車が必要なのですが、無料駐車スペースは十分な台数が確保されていて、以前泊まったホテルは駐車場有りと書いていながらいつもいっぱいで毎晩悩まされましたが、そういった事もなく安心！ シャワーは壁に設置されていて動かせませんが、お湯もしっかりでて問題なし。 シャンプーとコンディショナー、シャワーキャップと、固形石鹸がありました。ボディソープやフェイシャルソープ、髭剃りなどは自分で用意しましょう。 ちゃんとシャワーの仕切りがあるので、フロアがべしゃべしゃになることはありません。 コインランドリーは、ランドリー4ドル乾燥4ドルで、しっかり乾いてくれます。 あと特筆すべきは、スタッフの方の対応がとてもよく、フレンドリーでウェルカムな雰囲気がとても伝わってきました。 今後メルボルンに来るときは、ここを定宿にします。

早朝の到着にもかかわらず、オーナーがとても親切に対応してくれ、チェックイン出来た。 コーヒーもすすめられ、おもてなしを感じられた。

Room very old and tired as were the furnishing's. Convenient location but noisy on main road. Very reasonable price but needs an update.

I’ve stayed for 7 nights while visiting Melbourne. Room was clean, the staffs were nice and friendly. Easy parking the car. Good Wi-Fi can watch the Netflix at the room.

our room did not look at all like picture on site, room was clean but clearly due for an over haul. Old RAC air conditioner still in wall & new Split system above. Pool area was dirty & needed clean up.

Quiet area not much noise supprised because of Bell St

The room was not clean especially the bathroom. The furniture was very basic and not in good condition e.g the headboard was ripped and filthy.

This is not a nice place to stay. The room was quite dirty, fridge smelt horrid even though nothing was in it, cutlery/mugs were dirty and nothing provided to wash it, very loud slamming doors that shake the whole room when you're trying to sleep. I would not recommend it.

Room and staff were good, however Expedia are not very good charging a deposit that hotel never received then they say are not responsible

The staff are extremely nice and helpful, no complaints there. The room was very neglected and absolutely stank of smoke and it got much worse when I turned the heater on. It was a very cold weekend so I had to use the heater but it was a choice I made reluctantly. I asked immediately if I could be moved but the motel was full and I wasn't offered a refund. There is a hotel directly opposite that I could perhaps have gone to.. My other issue is with the building I was in which is not the main building. It too is neglected but it also feels less safe than the main building. As a female staying alone I would have felt much safer in the main building. This is the second time I've stayed at the Bell Motel and my experiences have been totally different. It boils down to main building versus second neglected building .
