建物は最新というわけではないですが、とても清潔に保たれていて、ベッドのマットもしっかりしていたので、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 住宅街(ちょっと郊外？)なので、とても静かで、最高に過ごしやすいです。 仕事で車が必要なのですが、無料駐車スペースは十分な台数が確保されていて、以前泊まったホテルは駐車場有りと書いていながらいつもいっぱいで毎晩悩まされましたが、そういった事もなく安心！ シャワーは壁に設置されていて動かせませんが、お湯もしっかりでて問題なし。 シャンプーとコンディショナー、シャワーキャップと、固形石鹸がありました。ボディソープやフェイシャルソープ、髭剃りなどは自分で用意しましょう。 ちゃんとシャワーの仕切りがあるので、フロアがべしゃべしゃになることはありません。 コインランドリーは、ランドリー4ドル乾燥4ドルで、しっかり乾いてくれます。 あと特筆すべきは、スタッフの方の対応がとてもよく、フレンドリーでウェルカムな雰囲気がとても伝わってきました。 今後メルボルンに来るときは、ここを定宿にします。

早朝の到着にもかかわらず、オーナーがとても親切に対応してくれ、チェックイン出来た。 コーヒーもすすめられ、おもてなしを感じられた。

The location is great for us and it is nice and quiet. The cleanliness can be patchy. Overall still good value for money and low fuss accom in Preston

Great stay had everything we needed :)

This is an older motel that shows it's age. However, the room was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the inclusions of free Wi-Fi and a large free on-site car park were wonderful bonuses so close to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated staff contacting us and arranging pickup of clothing we accidentally left behind in the room.

Internet is good.Room was serviced but no fresh hand towel supplied and bed not made up.Also no shampoo only body wash and conditioner.The room has no toaster or bowls and spoons so breakfast is a challenge.The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom clean , the room was on the road side of the building and the road noise was constant.Overall it was a good stay despite the shortfalls.

Rooms are good value for money/roomy and comfortable. I want to stay here again but, unfortunately (at time of writing), the car park is not secure. During my stay, three cars had their side-windows smashed-in during the early hours. The car park is located away from rooms so no one knew about crime until the morning. Local police investigated and commented that the area is problematic. Bell Motel can't be blamed for the actions of criminals but I hope they can consider introducing security measures for the car park that minimise the risks posed by its location away from rooms (e.g. motion-detection lights, boom gate, better cameras to record crime so prosecutions can occur). I really want to acknowledge the kind hotel staff who did their best to help the affected guests (e.g. they vacuumed out all the glass from our cars, cooperated with police investigation, etc.).

Clean and spacious. This was a great stop for family business in the area. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. Excellent location, easy parking and quiet room. ❤️

The room was filthy carpet dirty the dust in room was pathetic we arrived at 9 pm so there was no staff and left 7am the rooms air cond did not work properly and the filters in it were blocked the main floor to the room was left open and a noisy second air cond was on and noisy not allowing us to sleep . The bathroom was dirty and chewing gum was pasted on the side of the vanity Disgusting about the only plus was the shower worked well

The room just wasn't up to standard. It felt dirty and unsafe. The carpet was old and stained and it smelt like cigarettes. It was one of those rooms where I didn't want to walk on the carpet or bathroom/shower without my shoes on. Will.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Bed a bit firm, but ok.

The room was very run down with several lights not working and broken fixtures in the bathroom. Mine and two other cars had their windows smashed over night in the hotel car park. Two staff members were helpful in cleaning up the glass.
