This Motel is owned and operated by an adorable couple who are very friendly to guests of all ages.
Big and cozy rooms, clean and tidy toilet, comfortable beds.
There are a lot of spaces on the off street parking lot.
They do provide basic amenities, but you need to bring your own slippers and toothbrushes.
Continental breakfast is offered in the dining room from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
Some rooms are facing Bell Street and you may need to keep windows closed for the night.
At this reasonable price, we are highly satisfied and our stay was just like home.

I’ve stayed for 7 nights while visiting Melbourne. Room was clean, the staffs were nice and friendly. Easy parking the car. Good Wi-Fi can watch the Netflix at the room.

our room did not look at all like picture on site, room was clean but clearly due for an over haul. Old RAC air conditioner still in wall & new Split system above. Pool area was dirty & needed clean up.

This is not a nice place to stay. The room was quite dirty, fridge smelt horrid even though nothing was in it, cutlery/mugs were dirty and nothing provided to wash it, very loud slamming doors that shake the whole room when you're trying to sleep. I would not recommend it.
