翌日のイスラ・ムヘーレスへの船移動を考え、素泊まり利用。周囲のホテルに比べ格安だが、エアコンのノイズが酷い。ロビーは綺麗で快適、応対も悪くないが、部屋が快適ではない。もう利用しません。

Food was good but very limited

I was disappointed when I arrived because my reservation was supposed to be at Maya Caribe Faranda, but they sent me to Dos Playas instead. When we got there, the room was different from what was advertised. The room was more modest and had two twin beds instead of the two queen beds I reserved. The room was clean, but there were no chairs to sit on and no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the mini-split air conditioner had a leaking problem. Water was dripping on my face all night, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was good.

Was a bad experience with cleaning staff, bed sheets replaced without blankets. Had no blankets for 2 nights. Soap and water, towels were not enough 3 guests, only after going to reception and letting them know twice that we hadn’t gotten a 3 third did we get it. Stayed for a week and enjoyed the beach area, nice and clean compared to beaches near by. The room we stayed in looked like it hadn’t been renovated in years, faulty lights hanging on for dear life.

El hotel es muy bonito tiene amplios jardines naturales, la comida deliciosa y la atención del personal excelente realmente es una excelente opción para viajar en familia. Falta algo de atención a la limpieza de las habitaciones con vista al Jardín ya que los pavoreales dejan mucha suciedad.

Clean room, but strong smell of cleaning chemicals. Nice view of the beach. Food was not tasty, especially dessert.

Property needs remodeling! Its old and worn-out!

I could not use the pools because of weather conditions. Unfortunately a cold strong wind stop me to use the pools or the beach. Staff was very friendly and provide good services. I suggest the hotel to change the shower head in the bathroom. It was in poor condition.

Great Location, nice view, food overall was good. This resort needs better exterior upkeep but i think they are running as long as possible and trying to get what they can out of it without dumping too much money into aesthetics. Years ago this resort was probably very very beautiful. Dont get me wrong id stay here again for 4 days for the $80 rate i paid bit no more than $100 a day

Me gustó muchísimo todo. Toda la comida muy variada y deliciosa Los meseros muy serviciales, muy amables y amigables. La habitación estuvo super cómoda y agradable y todos los días me visitaron los pavorreales. Me voy muy contento y satisfecho con el servicio y la atención de todo el personal.

Hotel was descent food was good

La habitación es cómoda, aún que la regadera estaba en mal estado y la recepcionista es despota , el hotel está en buena ubicación.

Great area and facilities but the food wasn't very good

Staff very friendly. Resort is older but very nice grounds. Our room was renovated...very nice Beach.

The mattresses in the rooms were terrible, and the bathrooms and showers were in poor condition. The food was generally good, but the service in the restaurant was not.
