翌日のイスラ・ムヘーレスへの船移動を考え、素泊まり利用。周囲のホテルに比べ格安だが、エアコンのノイズが酷い。ロビーは綺麗で快適、応対も悪くないが、部屋が快適ではない。もう利用しません。

It was really dirty. TV wasn’t working, toilet was broken, we requested to change room but they didn’t. I want my money back for the stay it was not meeting the minimum quality of room.

Rooms need updating but the overall value is good

The pictures are NOT AT ALL what the room looks like. Our first night there we were put into a room with no running water, bugs everywhere, i was livid and extremely upset being in a foreign country away from home in a room that clearly did not match the pictures. It took 4 hours of me complaining to expedia and to the hotel to get moved to a room with liveable conditions. They also conveniently lost our reservation stating it was an all inclusive stay so we had to shell out an EXTRA 640 usd to gain access to the food and drinks we already paid for. The resort has nothing really to do besides drink and eat. You're kind of just shoved in a corner of the hotel zone. If we come back to cancun, we will be looking else where to stay. Aside from this, i will say the kitchen staff were extremely polite and gracious people. I appreciated their service. Which is why i gave it an extra star. Overall if you book this place prepare to be disappointed, ive stayed at less than ideal properties before many times. This was the grossest. The amount we ended up spending on buying the all inclusive option AGAIN. We could have gotten a nicer, more comfortable stay at another resort.

A few of the staff members were rude no one was ever available when you needed pool towels. The view of our room was amazing but our bathroom was leaking water from the roof in multiple spots. And they only replaced 2 towels during room service

The hotel left a wonderful impression! Cozy rooms, cleanliness, and a convenient location—everything was top-notch. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff deserves special praise: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And to top it off, the weather was perfect, making the whole stay truly ideal!

Air conditioning was horrible I was sweating all night even after having it on high, it was warm air. rooms have a humid/moldy smell. I was showering and there was small insects crawling on the shampoo bottle and on the walls. Save your money!

This was my family's first trip to Mexico and we didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and though we were too early for check in they got one of our rooms ready for us immediately and gave us our wrist bands to enjoy the bar while we waited for the other. While the property is old and a tad dated, it was clean and well maintained. The beach is fantastic with lots of loungers and nice sand. The food was great! Each day breakfast, lunch and dinner had different options and there was always something one of the pickier eaters in our group found they really liked. The staff was the highlight of the experience, everyone from roomkeepers, bartenders and even the security guards were friendly and very patient even with my very limited Spanish (most of the staff spoke better english than I do spanish) Guadalupe in particular made our time at the buffet so good. He immediately took to doting on my family each time we arrived for a meal, making sure we had everything we needed, including making sure my tequila never ran dry. At the end of the trip, him and I parted with a handshake and a hug and that alone was enough to make me want to come back to Maya Caribe. Tip the staff, get your expectations in check that this isn't a 5 star resort but an incredibly cozy and authentic feeling gem and you'll have a great time.

The amenities, food and beach are excellent

No es lo que prometen en fotos. La habitación le falta mantenimiento, lavabo quebrado, cortina de baño rota, espejo quebrado, sábanas que parecían viejas , más que ver con las fotos, solo una opción de restaurante cuando se decía tener al menos dos. Poca variedad de comida, la persona que nos recibió en recepción muy grosero y despota , me dijeron que frito frigobar estaba surtido y no tenia mas que agua. En general le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, en la alberca calaba el piso en los pies y muy poca variedad . Poco recomendable

La propiedad está demasiado cansada

En primer lugar ya no existe este hotel , nos mandaron al hotel 2 playas que está a lado y está muy viejo
