This is a lovely hotel, maybe needs a little TLC as it’s an old building, but it’s very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious, the pool is wonderful and the little extra touches a real treat. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional I can’t fault the service at all it was first class as was the food. Loved the peacocks roaming the beautiful garden too! We went for an anniversary night away and booked dinner bed and breakfast, we’d go back in a heartbeat. Value for money and we’ve been thoroughly spoilt!

Lovely stay again at Pendley Manor, I would highly recommend. Beds comfy, great shower, lovely grounds & amazing staff.

Amazing stay! Let us check in early, room was clean and nice. The spa staff were great! Breakfast in the morning was yummmm (ate in the peacock room, stunning!). Only downside of the trip were the scary peacocks trying to steal my food and the sounds they make in the morning.

What a beautiful place to stay. Lovely hotel and grounds, easy access into Tring and surrounding countryside. We had a superior room with garden view - lovely room, nice amount of space, lovely bed and bathroom and partial views of the garden (room 344) 2 lads behind the bar were great, they certainly were kept busy as hotel is popular. Dinner was good quality - we had the inclusive menu as pre paid for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast also nice, but did have to wait around 20 minutes for poached and fried eggs, but good choice of cereals, full English, a few cheeses and pastries. Grounds are lovely, Tesla Ed atmosphere and loved the peacocks roaming everywhere. Would say the pool however is disappointing - very small, noisy (was lots of kids) and definitely needs a hot tub - plus point was going straight from the pool onto outside loungers, to soak up some sun. Also I loved the decor throughout- some really cool paintings and also learnt a little history of the place. Late check out up to 6pm also a plus point. Hope to return again

Great Hotel, very happy. Everyone was helpful, we had some good food and drinks in the bar, lovely breakfast the next day. Beautiful grounds with peacocks roaming around.

Excellent all round. Great room, friendly staff, lovely pool which was very quiet, and good breakfast options. However the toast was a bit of a let down, only standard bread unless you opted for the sourdough. Beautiful quiet locations and the peacockd were fun!

Peacocks wandering around outside was entertaining. Sauna and steam room fine. Breakfast decent. Dinner was good. Enjoyable stay.

It is a delightful place and wonderful building. The edge was taken off by the continual noise from the peacocks all night which prevented a sleep through the night for me. Otherwise, very nice

beautiful surroundings , a character building ,good food courteous staff , couldn't fault it.

Room was quite small but it was nice, bar and breakfast areas are really nice. The staff are lovely, disappointed with the pool and spa area, was expecting it to be better.
