Wonderful! The rooms were fantastic and felt new and fresh. The pool was amazing for our daughter and I loved the sauna. Everything was super clean and staff so friendly

広い庭にくじゃくやうさぎ、リスがいたり、プールがあったり子供達は大喜びでした。ホテルの外観は少し古い感じだってのですが部屋もレストランも綺麗でとても良かったです！

Lovely hotel, great with the peacocks walking around the grounds! Bit disappointed with attempting to eat in the restaurant though, was told initially fully booked, then that we might be able to get a table at either 8 or 9 as another couple had double booked and weren’t sure when they were arriving (must be good customers!). Then when we decided to go for room service as my partner wasn’t feeling up to going down for dinner I got hanged up on initially then told someone would call be back - they didn’t so I ended up ordering burgers from JustEat - not what I was expecting with such a highly rated hotel. Probably won’t return.

Wonderful! The rooms were fantastic and felt new and fresh. The pool was amazing for our daughter and I loved the sauna. Everything was super clean and staff so friendly

Breathtaking building and scenery. Staff were very welcoming, even recommending places to eat in the local area. Breakfast was delicious. Can't forget the friendly peacocks roaming the grounds too!

Lovely staff, great option for room service, lovely facilities for use included in stay. We also had breakfast too!
The hotel is a lovely place in a lovely location, peacocks were a great added sight! There were some parts of the hotel that could use a little spruce up but on the whole we were very happy!

Everything was wonderful except on the final evening the bar manager claimed that we hadnt paid for wine (which was embarrassing in front of other guests). We showed on the banking app thst we had but was adamant we hadnt paid. We gave bottle back and got a full refund the following moment tho, without any further fuss

Room itself was nice and spacious but there was a terrible smell from the bathroom which can only be described as poor waste water management. We only discovered it on returning from our evening meal at 11.30pm by which time it was too late to move. I had to leave the window open all night to try and remove the smell which wasn't ideal as there was a band playing behind in one of the function rooms. We reported it the next day but reception wasn’t that interested.
On arrival we also requested robes to use in the spa and we were advised there wasn’t enough so they couldn't fulfil the request.
Pool and sauna area was nice and clean. Definitely a one off stay I wouldn’t return as I don't think the service matched 4 stars.

Great room, clean and tidy, Nespresso machine.
Need more coffee pods though, not de-caf.
Hotel has a lot of stairs, and odd layoit, but appeared clean and nicely decorated.
Breakfast was a bit bland, and never hot, only warm. We were there for a wedding and that was fantastic though!

Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Description of room needs changing. Not all bedrooms have a bath/shower combination. Some only have a shower. Hotel was able to change our room to one with a bath.
Also description states that bed has sheets. They don’t. They have a duvet, not topsheet and duvet. They did provide us one but had to ask twice.
Parking can be a problem if there is a conference, but just ask reception and they will find you a space.
