とっても良かったのですが、 最後チェックアウトの時のスタッフの対応が不親切で残念でした。 それ以外はとてもよかったです。

レイクルイーズ行きや、ゴンドラゆきのバス停が近く、またバンフ内で使える無料のロームバスのパスももらえました（レイクルイーズなどバンフ外には使えません）スーパーや多くのレストランも徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。 フロントは隣のホテルにあり、こちらのホテルは少し閑散とした感じ。その代わりエレベーターはいつもすぐに来る。またお部屋の窓から山が見えましたので、景色もまずまず。小さいバルコニーもあります。 良くなかったところはシャワーが続けて使うと二人目で水になってしまった。やむなく三人目は翌朝にシャワーしました。（ハイクで汗かいたのに）又、コンディショナーが一泊目の二人目で切れてなくなり、翌日も補充されなかった。 ハイシーズンの利用で他のホテルと比べて割安ではありますが、二泊で三人1000ドル以上払って、このサービス？と思ってしまいました。

It's very cold at night even in summer, so I tried to heat it, but it's out of order. The response was, "Only you say you're cold." I beat the cold by changing my room to a small room with a heater. The hotel changed the room from a twin room to a single room, but it was still about $400 per night. I was surprised at the cold reception.

Good location in town and decent room. The sound of footsteps and doors slamming shut carries easily though

First, The room was the reasonably clean. How are the property was run down and dirty. We had a two bedroom suite and meal air conditioner in one of the rooms. The hotel staff left of pedestal fan to move cold air from one room to another... That was the standard arrangement! The AC itself was very loud and the fan in the bathroom was so loud that it sounded like it was going to die any minute. The rating from Expedia was not justified... Misleading to say the very least... Very disappointed.

Super easy to access, only a 5 minute walk not even to get to the main strip in Banff. Hot tub was nice, however on our last night it was only half full which was strange but other than that was a really nice stay

Clean rooms and facilities. Only complaint was that there was no closet or enough hooks or a small table to put our stuff. So if theres 4 of us in the room we did not have place to hung our things.

Having no front desk is not a normal thing. The carpet is old and smelled bad. Room size was good. Too pricey for the quality of hotel.

Pros - good location, large room, clean Cons - feels old and dated more like a motel If you want a place to just sleep in between your adventures that's close to everything this place is perfect and would stay again fi the price was right.

About a 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. Beds very comfortable. Make sure you get a room with a view, not the back car park. Needed a mirror in the bedroom. We had a balcony which was great to sit out on.

Great value for money compared to what you can find in banff. Hotel is a bit dated, as well as equipment, but overall we had a great stay and experience was better than expected. Location is amazing 5 min from downtown and all necessities. I will stay here again. Hot tub after a day of hiking was much appreciated.

Very average for what you get but good value for staying so close to downtown Banff. The AC was very loud but worked quite well to cool the room. The bathroom sink had no counters so was a bit inconvenient to put toiletries. There was no closet, the room was basic. Overall not bad, would stay again since it’s much more affordable than other hotels nearby.

The AC was making terrible noise. The sheets could have been better quality. The hand towels were kept on the washbasin in the bathroom, instead of being hung. No face tissues, nothing to remove makeup. The water tap was leaking in the shower, when switched to shower mode. Needs maintenance so that the resources aren’t wasted unnecessarily.

Great beds easy walking in town

Yes I would stay there again! The underground parking and the hallways of the hotel definitely had us concerned upon arrival. However, once we open the door to our room, we were pleasantly surprised, it was updated, clean spacious. If I was to only judge the property based on the underground parking and the hallways, I would not recommend this place but because of the room, cleanliness, and location, I would recommend and I would stay there again! FYI, The underground parking has no elevator to get into the hotel, stairs only.
