とっても良かったのですが、 最後チェックアウトの時のスタッフの対応が不親切で残念でした。 それ以外はとてもよかったです。

レイクルイーズ行きや、ゴンドラゆきのバス停が近く、またバンフ内で使える無料のロームバスのパスももらえました（レイクルイーズなどバンフ外には使えません）スーパーや多くのレストランも徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。 フロントは隣のホテルにあり、こちらのホテルは少し閑散とした感じ。その代わりエレベーターはいつもすぐに来る。またお部屋の窓から山が見えましたので、景色もまずまず。小さいバルコニーもあります。 良くなかったところはシャワーが続けて使うと二人目で水になってしまった。やむなく三人目は翌朝にシャワーしました。（ハイクで汗かいたのに）又、コンディショナーが一泊目の二人目で切れてなくなり、翌日も補充されなかった。 ハイシーズンの利用で他のホテルと比べて割安ではありますが、二泊で三人1000ドル以上払って、このサービス？と思ってしまいました。

It's very cold at night even in summer, so I tried to heat it, but it's out of order. The response was, "Only you say you're cold." I beat the cold by changing my room to a small room with a heater. The hotel changed the room from a twin room to a single room, but it was still about $400 per night. I was surprised at the cold reception.

We love the Red Carpet for our winter ski trips. It’s always super affordable and the superior kind/queen rooms are really cool. Vaulted ceilings, comfy beds and if you’re lucky, a balcony with mountain views. It doesn’t have the big fancy lobby and amenities like some of the other much pricier hotels in Banff but, we like to go out and about in Banff so, this cool clean little spot is perfect for us. Easy walking distance to downtown and free parking. Can’t beat the price vs quality on this one.

Heat didn’t work in both rooms the first night. Elevator broke the second day. We checked out early.

Room maintenance daily, staff are helpful and the free coffee.

The elevator was not working on my 2nd day. Have to use the stairs while having foot pain but everything else is great.

I loved everything and will visit again when in Banff. The staff is very friendly, the location is superb and the room was clean. I also loved the busstop in front of the hotel. It couldn't get any better.

My only interactions with the staff were during check-in and checkout, and both were positive. They were accommodating of my room requests. The rooms are basic but very clean. The property offers underground parking for cars and surface parking for larger vehicles, including minivans. Please note that the soap and body lotion provided come with a notice stating that you will be charged if you take them. If you do not intend to take these items, be sure to inform the staff at checkout.

Things need updating. Nothings been changed in years. No one at the front desk need to go to the next hotel for that. We got an outside room, we were under the impression this was a hotel with inside rooms. Would not have booked there had we known that.

Check in was in another building, however once I discovered that everything was fine. The hotel is old however the room was comfortable.

Nicely updated room with comfortable beds. Quiet. Will likely stay here everytime we book a ski weekend. An elevator to the lobby from the parking garage would be a much welcome improvement.

Super hotel, we got the chance to be upgraded to a king size bedroom which was perfect. Thank you :)

The location is good and it is a short walk to the downtown . The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. I am very grateful for them to accommodate my every specific request. We have a wonderful stay.

Easy place to stay with good accessibility to most things

Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The place is very convenient as it is located just few walks within restaurants and shops. The property is a little run down needs a little reno maybe.
