とっても良かったのですが、 最後チェックアウトの時のスタッフの対応が不親切で残念でした。 それ以外はとてもよかったです。

レイクルイーズ行きや、ゴンドラゆきのバス停が近く、またバンフ内で使える無料のロームバスのパスももらえました（レイクルイーズなどバンフ外には使えません）スーパーや多くのレストランも徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。 フロントは隣のホテルにあり、こちらのホテルは少し閑散とした感じ。その代わりエレベーターはいつもすぐに来る。またお部屋の窓から山が見えましたので、景色もまずまず。小さいバルコニーもあります。 良くなかったところはシャワーが続けて使うと二人目で水になってしまった。やむなく三人目は翌朝にシャワーしました。（ハイクで汗かいたのに）又、コンディショナーが一泊目の二人目で切れてなくなり、翌日も補充されなかった。 ハイシーズンの利用で他のホテルと比べて割安ではありますが、二泊で三人1000ドル以上払って、このサービス？と思ってしまいました。

It's very cold at night even in summer, so I tried to heat it, but it's out of order. The response was, "Only you say you're cold." I beat the cold by changing my room to a small room with a heater. The hotel changed the room from a twin room to a single room, but it was still about $400 per night. I was surprised at the cold reception.

This was an awful experience lots of noisy people late at night had to keep calling front desk to send security to deal with it all the doors squeak and slam shut vending machines didn’t work there was no way to get even bottled water housekeeping was rather noisy too so if your looking to relax and get sleep this is not the place

Good area. Little loud at night, back doors seem to be broken and anyone can get in.

We stayed recently at the Red Carpet Inn and certainly will be staying somewhere else next time. The room has a little mini fridge and microwave. There is a coffee machine as well but the coffee and the cheap coffee whitener seriously need an upgrade. As for the room it was a combination of old and smoke. It was so stuffy in there and just stank of smoke. Carpet was old and dirty. There are a lot of other hotels that are doing upgrading of their rooms, perhaps it's time this hotel did as well.

We stayed at Red Carpet Inn in Banff and had a really great experience. The suite room was clean and spacious, the stay was comfortable, and the rate we got was such a good deal. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

Staff were friendly and helpful, but we had to change rooms as people were smoking outside our window. Also room was extremely hot with no way to turn down the heat. We had to run the air conditioner in winter.

When we arrived at the hotel after a long travel day, we noticed hair that did not belong to either of us on the pillows and in the sheets.. they were kind enough to change the sheets. Toilet ran all night and hotel room was super warm. We were on the first floor closest to the road, road was super loud with traffic all night. Air conditioning kept shutting off.
