建物は古い。空調の強弱ができない。清掃はまずまず行き届いていた。隣のホテルでチェックイン、チェックアウトをするが、フロントに日本人スタッフがいてチェックインのフォローをしてくれて助かった。

とっても良かったのですが、 最後チェックアウトの時のスタッフの対応が不親切で残念でした。 それ以外はとてもよかったです。

レイクルイーズ行きや、ゴンドラゆきのバス停が近く、またバンフ内で使える無料のロームバスのパスももらえました（レイクルイーズなどバンフ外には使えません）スーパーや多くのレストランも徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。 フロントは隣のホテルにあり、こちらのホテルは少し閑散とした感じ。その代わりエレベーターはいつもすぐに来る。またお部屋の窓から山が見えましたので、景色もまずまず。小さいバルコニーもあります。 良くなかったところはシャワーが続けて使うと二人目で水になってしまった。やむなく三人目は翌朝にシャワーしました。（ハイクで汗かいたのに）又、コンディショナーが一泊目の二人目で切れてなくなり、翌日も補充されなかった。 ハイシーズンの利用で他のホテルと比べて割安ではありますが、二泊で三人1000ドル以上払って、このサービス？と思ってしまいました。

It's very cold at night even in summer, so I tried to heat it, but it's out of order. The response was, "Only you say you're cold." I beat the cold by changing my room to a small room with a heater. The hotel changed the room from a twin room to a single room, but it was still about $400 per night. I was surprised at the cold reception.

Clean room, building and rooms could do with a little updating. The coffee machine in our room did not work and the pods they have for us to use were limited. Good use of a fridge and staff were very helpful. Location was excellent.

Older property with recent improvements. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Beds are very soft which made sleeping difficult because I need a firm mattress. Great location and easy walking to everything

It was an ok stay. The bed was comfy and the room seems to be recently renovated.

Air conditioner had to run constantly because every time it came on it mid so loud it wakes us up throughout the night. It was like having a train in our room it was so loud. But if it wasn’t on, the sound of people in the halls, entering their rooms, and flushing toilets was also loud enough to wake us. The TV has no streaming, casting, or mirroring capabilities so no TV except channels. The shampoo dispenser was knocked off the wall. The conditioner dispenser was empty. The coffee in the room was terrible and the creamer was two packets of dried creamer. The check in was the next hotel. The pillows crash down to bed level so good luck with that. The bed is on rollers that stick out so watch your toes. Awful. Worst hotel I’ve been in. Seeing the receipt made me nauseated at the rip-off. It’s below the level of motel 6 because those are quiet, comfortable and clean.

There’s no front desk at this hotel, it’s ran by the hotel next door. This made the experience feel not super secure, especially since we were on the first floor. The parking was underground so that was great! Super close to downtown Banff but still far enough away that it’s not noisy. The AC unit point directly at your head at night so it’s loud and chilly. Overall, a good stay!

The location was good but it was very expensive for what you get.

The hotel is in a great location of course and the staff were very helpful even though the check in counter is located in a completely different hotel which was confusing at first. However, the hotel is not maintained at all, it’s run down and dated. You’re just paying for the location and convenience to being in Banff

The AC is very noise and not working very well and need to be replaced. The staff is very nice and friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is very nice and great for night walks. My main issue was the whole heating system was down. They put the AC on before we arrived and the room was freezing cold. So if they don’t have heating, they should not make the room so cold. I know it is summer but the nights still get cold in the mountains at any time of the year and having an AC on for a long time before we arrived made the room like a freezer.

While this is a 2-star hotel with a premium price tag, the cost is understandable given the prime downtown Banff location in early July. Overall, we had a good stay. The only real issue we encountered was a very loud air conditioning unit. Fortunately, the nighttime temperature was cool enough that we could just turn it off to sleep.

The property was not well maintained. Nor was it clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower curtain smelled like a dirty rag. There was also a small bottle of clear liquid found between night table and the bed. Both key cards stopped working before checkout time. Perhaps as early as 8 am. The indoor parking was ok but you have to lug your bags up a narrow steep stair to access the first floor elevator. And then you have to take them down. All in all it was definitely overpriced.

The Red Carpet Inn was a step down in quality and price from the attached hotel where you get your keys. We were there on Canada Day and were able to watch the parade right in front of the Red Carpet Inn. The staff was very helpful in our numerous questions. Parking is available, but a bit tricky when you first arrive.

Air conditioning unit is very noisy especially when trying to sleep at night.
