レイクルイーズ行きや、ゴンドラゆきのバス停が近く、またバンフ内で使える無料のロームバスのパスももらえました（レイクルイーズなどバンフ外には使えません）スーパーや多くのレストランも徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。 フロントは隣のホテルにあり、こちらのホテルは少し閑散とした感じ。その代わりエレベーターはいつもすぐに来る。またお部屋の窓から山が見えましたので、景色もまずまず。小さいバルコニーもあります。 良くなかったところはシャワーが続けて使うと二人目で水になってしまった。やむなく三人目は翌朝にシャワーしました。（ハイクで汗かいたのに）又、コンディショナーが一泊目の二人目で切れてなくなり、翌日も補充されなかった。 ハイシーズンの利用で他のホテルと比べて割安ではありますが、二泊で三人1000ドル以上払って、このサービス？と思ってしまいました。

It's very cold at night even in summer, so I tried to heat it, but it's out of order. The response was, "Only you say you're cold." I beat the cold by changing my room to a small room with a heater. The hotel changed the room from a twin room to a single room, but it was still about $400 per night. I was surprised at the cold reception.

Nice staff and location. The AC was so loud.The mixing valve in the shower did let you have a hot shower. No soap in the bathroom. Comfortable bed.

The location was good. You can't check-in at this hotel but have to go to the one next door. When we got to the next door hotel to check-in to the Red Carpet Inn, the only staff member available was trying to explain to a couple of Japanese tourists about tour choices The couple could not make up their minds while several customers were waiting to be checked-in. After standing around for half an hour, I asked whether there was somebody else to check us in. There wasn't. Finally we got to the front desk and I asked why the Red Carpet Inn's website did not mention that there were no staff at the Red Carpet Inn to check us in. The front desk agent said that Expedia would have informed me. He was right - the booking confirmation from Expedia mentioned this fact in the fine print which I missed as I generally do not bother with fine print. After completion of the check-in, we asked for help unloading the car and transporting our luggage to the room. They normally do not provide this service, but one of the staff generously helped us. When we got to our room we found the door squeaked very loudly and ominously. We called it the "Haunted Hotel". The air conditioner and exhaust fan in the bathroom were both loud enough to wake the dead. Not recommended for the price we paid for the room. Expedia should have been more upfront about the poor quality and inconvenience.

It was confused at first where to park the car. We had a van and it was not easy to park in the back. The lobby and common area looked very old and not very clean, but the room is very clean.

At first, I wasn't thtilled to have to check-in at the hitel next door but once I saw the large, clean snd obvioudly fresly renovated room, I was happy with my choice. Located jyst at the edge of the busy town center, this hotel is perfectly located for peace and quiet while not to far from the action. I enjoyed my stay.

Negatives: Air conditioner was AMAZINGLY loud WiFi was hopeless - when I told the desk clerk this, he said good you need to tell the boss! Even the TV signal was intermittent No wardrobe Positives: Spotlessly clean. Great location. Free parking. Jolee on check in was very helpful with local info and restaurants.

Much bettwr than expected from the ratings. A bit confusing to park and chexk in, but staff were wonderful. Quiet, well appointed room.

Newly renovated beautiful rooms they brought us a bottle of wine for our anniversary up to our room too!

The hotel is in a good location, we had a first floor room that was clean and comfortable, but only 3 accessible electrical outlets to charge devices. It was also inconvenient having to check in/out at the hotel next door. However, I would stay there again as parking was included.

It’s time to clean or replace the carpets.

Hallways are a little dated but gives the property a vintage charm, the rooms are very clean, spacious, and staff are friendly! The location is close to everything and was reasonably priced! Would stay again

It was an amazing stay and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has window unit ACs, no central air, which means loud noise if you put it on. Location of hotel is excellent and they have parking also.
