とっても良かったのですが、 最後チェックアウトの時のスタッフの対応が不親切で残念でした。 それ以外はとてもよかったです。

レイクルイーズ行きや、ゴンドラゆきのバス停が近く、またバンフ内で使える無料のロームバスのパスももらえました（レイクルイーズなどバンフ外には使えません）スーパーや多くのレストランも徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。 フロントは隣のホテルにあり、こちらのホテルは少し閑散とした感じ。その代わりエレベーターはいつもすぐに来る。またお部屋の窓から山が見えましたので、景色もまずまず。小さいバルコニーもあります。 良くなかったところはシャワーが続けて使うと二人目で水になってしまった。やむなく三人目は翌朝にシャワーしました。（ハイクで汗かいたのに）又、コンディショナーが一泊目の二人目で切れてなくなり、翌日も補充されなかった。 ハイシーズンの利用で他のホテルと比べて割安ではありますが、二泊で三人1000ドル以上払って、このサービス？と思ってしまいました。

It's very cold at night even in summer, so I tried to heat it, but it's out of order. The response was, "Only you say you're cold." I beat the cold by changing my room to a small room with a heater. The hotel changed the room from a twin room to a single room, but it was still about $400 per night. I was surprised at the cold reception.

Staff were great and helpful. The dusting seemed to be a little neglected in the room areas such as : the fan in the bathroom, dust on the microwave stand, & on top the headboard of the bed. Okay all we have good stay!

Hotel was dirty, hot tub was full of chemical but not clean, it had dirty scum all over the sides and was not hot at all. Hotel lets people with dogs leave their dogs in room barking all night and morning. When I went to front desk to tell the they said it’s pet friendly so they could not do anything. I have 2 dogs I brought to hotels often and never leave them in room to bark and keep people up. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

We arrived early and just wanted to see if we could park and come back to check in time. Nice surprise we got to check in early. Our room very nice. Lack a rack to hang some clothing. Only had two hooks, that we hung our winter jackets on check out I ask if possible to have a late they were able to accommodate an extra hourcheck out. W

Clean room, friendly staff. Safety is a concern, as there is no staff in the lobby area (you have to check in at the hotel next door) and the outside doors are unlocked at all times.

Please update the rooms. They are old and poor maintained. The sink is dirty, not to mention the carpet. The hotel is very expensive so at least keep it very well cleaned.
