とっても良かったのですが、 最後チェックアウトの時のスタッフの対応が不親切で残念でした。 それ以外はとてもよかったです。

レイクルイーズ行きや、ゴンドラゆきのバス停が近く、またバンフ内で使える無料のロームバスのパスももらえました（レイクルイーズなどバンフ外には使えません）スーパーや多くのレストランも徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。 フロントは隣のホテルにあり、こちらのホテルは少し閑散とした感じ。その代わりエレベーターはいつもすぐに来る。またお部屋の窓から山が見えましたので、景色もまずまず。小さいバルコニーもあります。 良くなかったところはシャワーが続けて使うと二人目で水になってしまった。やむなく三人目は翌朝にシャワーしました。（ハイクで汗かいたのに）又、コンディショナーが一泊目の二人目で切れてなくなり、翌日も補充されなかった。 ハイシーズンの利用で他のホテルと比べて割安ではありますが、二泊で三人1000ドル以上払って、このサービス？と思ってしまいました。

It's very cold at night even in summer, so I tried to heat it, but it's out of order. The response was, "Only you say you're cold." I beat the cold by changing my room to a small room with a heater. The hotel changed the room from a twin room to a single room, but it was still about $400 per night. I was surprised at the cold reception.

Reasonable room for the price (about half the going rate for most places in December). Nothing fancy, but good sized + clean rooms.

La habitación era súper espaciosa, tiene balcón con una vista increíble a las montañas y el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación. El único aspecto a mejorar es que su calefacción se activaba por ratos y hacía un ruido muy fuerte que en las noches te despertaba.

At checkout front desk lady didn’t acknowledge/rude

The staff were great, the room was clean and we had no problem staying here. We were able to deal with the issues and had a great time in Banff. Location was perfect. I rated it 3 stars because the floor obviously slanted down, the drawers on the dresser would not stay closed (likely because the floor was slanted and it was sitting at an angle). The door to the bathroom was really hard to close, looks like it had swelled. The room itself was cramped and there was no closet to hang up coats, which takes up a lot of space in the winter. But you get what you pay for, the price we paid reflects a 3 star hotel so all in all it was good.

This was my second stay at the Red Carpet Hotel. My first visit was excellent, which is why I chose to return. However, this stay did not meet the same standard. • The soap bottles were quite dirty, so I wasn’t comfortable using them. • There was noticeable dust throughout the room, particularly on top of the light fixtures. • The window did not fully close, which made the room both cold and noisy during the night. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that these issues can be addressed for future guests.
