The staff were great, the room was clean and we had no problem staying here. We were able to deal with the issues and had a great time in Banff. Location was perfect.
I rated it 3 stars because the floor obviously slanted down, the drawers on the dresser would not stay closed (likely because the floor was slanted and it was sitting at an angle). The door to the bathroom was really hard to close, looks like it had swelled. The room itself was cramped and there was no closet to hang up coats, which takes up a lot of space in the winter.
But you get what you pay for, the price we paid reflects a 3 star hotel so all in all it was good.

This was my second stay at the Red Carpet Hotel.
My first visit was excellent, which is why I chose to return. However, this stay did not meet the same standard.
• The soap bottles were quite dirty, so I wasn’t comfortable using them.
• There was noticeable dust throughout the room, particularly on top of the light fixtures.
• The window did not fully close, which made the room both cold and noisy during the night.
I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Overall it was fine, when we arrived and were unaware that we had to check in next door. We were told to park under ground and were stuck there as the door would not open for us. We had to reverse and go next door and let them know the door wouldn't open. Now the weather was great so that wasn't the issue. Our room wasn't fully cleaned as I noticed some hair on the floor in our bathroom.

Staff were great and helpful. The dusting seemed to be a little neglected in the room areas such as : the fan in the bathroom, dust on the microwave stand, & on top the headboard of the bed.

Hotel was dirty, hot tub was full of chemical but not clean, it had dirty scum all over the sides and was not hot at all. Hotel lets people with dogs leave their dogs in room barking all night and morning. When I went to front desk to tell the they said it’s pet friendly so they could not do anything. I have 2 dogs I brought to hotels often and never leave them in room to bark and keep people up. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Our room very nice.
Lack a rack to hang some clothing. Only had two hooks, that we hung our winter jackets on check out I ask if possible to have a late they were able to accommodate an extra hourcheck out. W
