とても素敵でした！

We reserved 5 months prior when there were plenty available rooms. However, we were guided to a room that looks nothing like the pics, more like service room with low ceiling, fake plastic floor and sewage smell. We complained and were changed to a slightly better room next to public toilet. Observing through, obviously they give priority to the Mexican guests for their a few appropriate rooms. For someone with an Asian name, they completely discriminate you. We travel a lot and enjoy luxurious hotels all over the world. This was by far the worst experience. This is 2019. Avoid hotel that discriminates you by your place of origin.

観光の中心地にあり、どこに行くにも便利。 朝に散歩がてら市場までいける。 また、ゲラゲッツァの会場や一等バスターミナルまでは30分ほどで歩いて行ける。

観光に最高の立地。美しいパティオのあるコロニアルなホテルです。 部屋もバスルームも広くて清潔です。中庭は噴水や植木で飾られ、メキシコらしいスペイン建築を楽しめます。年配の人も落ち着けると思います。 屋上にも上がってくつろいだり町を眺める事が出来ます。 英語スタッフはいますが日本語スタッフはいません。

Pros: Pretty natural setting. Staff really kind and appreciative and hard working, especially Gerry, and reception staff. Walter helpful too. Location was perfect. Very walkable area. Rooms pleasant with individual character, some rooms are more spacious than others though. Lovely large shower in our room. Housekeeping cleaned nicely daily. Cons: Our room needed some maintenance (mold and pealing paint in shower). Some shower hooks right outside the shower would be nice. Loved the robe but no slippers. No fridge in a 4 star. Weather way too hot to have no pool to even gather. We had 2 superior double rooms and still no where within them or around the hotel courtyard to sit with your family and enjoy an ice-cream or any other food brought in from the surrounding town. There is seating around the hotel courtyard but we were told to sit there we can only eat from the hotel restaurant which did not have what we wanted all the time, which also caused us to go elsewhere more often. After being told this it felt like we were being watched all the time to be sure we were following hotel rules, which became a little annoying, since we are all well traveled responsible adults.

We loved this hotel! It was very pretty and well kept. The staff was great and always very helpful. The food and drinks were great too! Very good location too. We would definitely recommend!

Estaba muy limpio, el personal muy amable. Muy buen aire acondicionado y muy silenciosa la zona.

Solamente el drenaje del baño huele mal y que coordinen precios con las páginas de internet

Our was completely cleaned and organized each day. Staff were impressive at check in. We enjoyed the restaurant and serving staff. The food was very good and priced competitively. Each room is unique as was ours. Great central location. Recommend

Mexican hacienda style and centrally located hotel. The rooms were spacious and nice decorated and with all the amenities. The bathroom included a big standing shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. My room was a king size located in a small adjacent patio that was more like a private gaden just outside my door. The staff was friendly and helpful every time I had questions. Will definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again.

El hotel es hermoso y la gente que trabaja ahí también. Mi novio y yo llegamos súper temprano, a las 8am y el check in era hasta las 3pm, aun así, la mujer que atendió la recepción nos ayudó y nos dio el cuarto a las 11am!! Nos hizo el día! Además el cuarto estaba espectacular, muy mexicano, la regadera es una joya, sientes que estás bañándote en una cascada a presión y el hotel está lleno de plantas hermosas. La ubicación es inmejorable, estás literalmente en el centro, todo queda caminando a 5-10 minutos, sin duda regresaría y lo recomiendo ampliamente

This property was super clean and staff was helpful. This was our first time to Oaxaca but the bottom room WiFi did not work from another family member that stayed upstairs mentioned they had signal. Other than WiFi and no signal this location was amazing!

Beautiful hotel and very close to everything . Have bicycles for th clients and it feels like home..love it!!

Staff are friendly and the property is always well maintained. Always want to come back to stay in Oaxaca.
