観光には便利でいいけど、施設としてはイマイチ。ドアノブが壊れてて修理を頼んだけど、なかなかしてくれなかった

ナショナルミュージアムやミュージカルの劇場に近く非常に便利。部屋にスリッパもバスローブもないのが残念。

紙製の「Please clean my room」のプレートが破れてドアノブに引っ掛けられない状態になったので、破れていることが分かるようにデスクにおいていたのが、新しいプレートが用意されなかった。

毎日綺麗にしてくださいました。

主要観光地が徒歩圏の素晴らしい立地でした

今までロンドンで出張宿泊した中で最も気に入りました！ ホテルの周りは少しガヤガヤしてましたが、アクセスがよくホテルの中も素敵で対応もフレキシブルでした。 各部屋に冷たいお水を置いていて頂き嬉しかったです。チェックアウトタイムも柔軟に対応頂きました！

2年ぶりにロンドンに訪れました。五日間の滞在は今回こちらにお世話になりました。 まず立地は完璧です。ロンドンビギナーの方でも苦労せずに、いろいろな場所へ行けます。 ホテルは古いですが、それもロンドンらしいと言えばそうかと思います。 設備も必要なものはありますし、不便はしません。歯磨き粉や歯ブラシ、化粧水やローションなどはこの価格帯のホテルですが用意されていませんのでご注意を。タオルシーツは毎日変えてくれますが、部屋の掃除機がけやほこり取りなどの掃除はしてくれません。 総合的には又泊まりたいと思いますが、安くはないのでもう少し清潔感があると良いかなと思います。

It was a super convinient locatiion to get around. The room was clean and the employees were so friendly and helpful. a walking distance to the Royal for the Nutcracker as well as the British Museum.

Anyway, it is the center of the city and convenience is the best. You can use the subway, trains, and buses, and many tourist attractions can be reached on foot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the same every day, but it was delicious. It was a little inconvenient that only one elevator was working. Also, there was a lot of noise from the floor above. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a bathtub!

Great stay, lovely room and shower, love the little touches of snacks in the room as well as the usual tea and coffee. The hotel was so grand and service and food fantastic. We were there to celebrate the hotel’s 161 birthday on the 15 th May. We were offered bubbly and birthday cake. And had cupcakes delivered to our room to celebrate. Felt like a family atmosphere and we were part of it.

This is the hotel you want to stay at in London! The front desk staff are amazing the bell man and concierge is just fabulous. The servers and housekeeping just know what to do! It’s a luxurious experience staying here with out the price tag of central London. This is my third stay and every time I just can’t say enough about the staff! You make the holiday! Thank you!!

Frukosten var toppen, men frukostpersonalen var ännu bättre!! Hon som serverade och hade ansvar för uterummet var verkligen serviceminded och toppen!

To say that the hotel is close to everything is almost true thus London is really big and no hotel can be close to everything. BUT the hotel chare building with a big tube underground station: Charing cross with lines Bakerloo and Northern line. Furthermore its just a few meters to another station: Embarkment, with the tubelines Circle and Districtlines. With all these lines you can almost go anywhere in London in a few minutes. So if you are looking for a hotel with close to everything this is the right spot! The room is really nice. A great big bed, and a big TV with a lot of channels. The bathroom is very clean with rain-shower. I also had a refrigerator in my premiumroom (but I dont know if all rooms have thisinventory). The staff was very welcoming. Always said Hello and smiled. Even the hotel ceaning staff was very nice. I was also very impressed that the concierge actually had a scale for my luggage. I just had breakfast one time (due to early morning plans) and its good, but not great. But I guess its really good with english standards but Im not sure I would pay extra since there are a lot of other opportunities to eat breakfast in London. But overall this is a really great hotel and I will stay there again next time in London!

I recently stayed at the The Clermont Charing Cross London and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely exceptional — warm, professional, and always attentive to anything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their genuine friendliness made the whole stay feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and maintained to such a high standard. Every detail feels thoughtfully done, creating a really relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout. One of the best things about the hotel is its brilliant location in London. It’s perfectly placed for theatres, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing — really anything you could want to do while visiting the city. Being so central made getting around incredibly easy and added so much to the overall experience. I’d highly recommend The Clermont Charing Cross to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in London with outstanding service and an unbeatable location. Also thank you for the amazing upgrade to a studio room and the birthday cake on arrival .

Great location in an historic part of London. Walk to everything from the hotel or catch the tube which is underneath the hotel

The hotel uses air fresheners during room cleaning and throughout the lobby area. When we entered the room the smell was so strong we couldn't even stay in the room.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful, great location, attentive staff. This is my 2nd stay and I’ll certainly be back!
