設備や立地は良かったがサービス面で疑問がありました。

リバーサイドプランのお部屋は、素晴らしかったー！ ホテル足下の川にかかる橋を窓から見おろし、ベルリンの街が時間と共にうつろって行く様子や人々の生活のリアルを眺める事がで来て、部屋にいながらにしてたくさのことを感じ入ることが出来ました。 価値あるお部屋で大満足でした。 ビュッフェ朝食も食に対して超えた感覚を持つ日本人が満足出来るものでした！ 残念だった事は、部屋のテレビにfire stick TVのHDMI端子を差し込み口が無くて悲しかったです💦 しかし、選んで正解のホテル！でしたー♪

Friedrichstr.の駅から近く、博物館などが並ぶ環境の良い地域で、定宿にしています。

Good hotel, good service.

Our stay was good on the whole, except for some electric equipment that kept beeping for 24h. It woke me up constantly...

Sバーン・Uバーンの駅に近く、移動に便利。 歩いても博物館島に行けるし、近くにスーパーがいくつかある。 口コミでは湯沸ポットがないとなっていたが備わっていたので、デザートのお菓子を買ってきて部屋でコーヒーを飲みながらのんびり出来た。 朝食に野菜が少ないのが残念。

便利な場所のホテル、ということであれば、かなりお勧めのホテルです。

主要駅から１分で非常にアクセスが良く、付近にCafeやレストラン、スーパーなどあって便利でした。

Excellent location for major tourist sites. Clean and comfortable rooms. Limited vegan options at breakfast. Would recommend booking a room with access to The Level

The bed was super-comfortable, the windows blocked all the street noise from Friedrichstrasse (no small feat!), the S-Bahn was just steps away and the breakfast was great!

The hotel is ideally located in the city center, walking distance from most of the monuments and historic points. Rooms are clean and spacious albeit a little dated. My main complaint is that I stayed 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once (I worked from the room in the morning but was out of the room each day by 2pm until at least 8pm).

For this price point the room lacked all the little extras and refinements we normally expect, slippers, bathrobes, sewing kit etc. The lication was great being very cent, iron and the staff, particularly the concierge very helpful. Room service only did the bare minimum and did not replenish coffee etc. Also no complimentary water. The penny- pinching spoilt what otherwise would have been a very positive experience.

Only thing I disliked, was the tub/shower. It is somewhat dangerous for most people.

Great location, heart of the city, close to the railway station. Large clean room in 4/5 star hotel. Nice restaurants and lounge. Friendly staff

We loved being on the river. Restaurants were great and enjoyed tapas at the hotel.
