Desde que llegamos al hotel fue un trato muy amable de parte de todo el staff. El cuarto muy cómodo y limpio. disfrutamos de la alberca, el gimnasio, al area de juegos en el lobby y room service. Todo de acuerdo a la descripción de expedia y en muy buenas condiciones. En nuestro próximo viaje a Guadalajara, sin duda nos volveremos a hospedar en el hotel Morales.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years. Recommended by a taxi driver, this hotel does not disappoint. I love the decor and cleanliness. Everyone goes above and beyond every time. The area looks a little questionable but the hotel keeps security by the doors and I’ve never felt unsafe.

This is a very old hotel - only one elevator for the entire hotel. Long waits unless you want to climb many stairs. Area is questionable - had uniformed security at entrance and then two staff checking to make sure you were registered to enter. Not a safe place to stay. Restaurant was subpar - food was not prepared as asked.

I spent two nights at the Hotel Morales upon my arrival in Mexico this weekend. It was recommended by a local friend in Guadalajara, and I couldn't have been any happier. The food in their restaurant was excellent, I enjoyed using the rooftop swimming pool, and the hotel is very centrally located. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very large and modern. Very affordable, particularly by U.S. standards.

The breakfast buffet was very bad.

Nice hotel close to everything

Las instalaciones están geniales: a mi mujer a mi nos encantó que el personal fuera muy atento dentro y fuera del hotel; hasta nos recomendaron a que lugares ir a comer y que poder hacer en la ciudad. El cuarto siempre limpio y muy ordenado. La alberca… más que perfecta, nos tocó un clima frío por temas de lluvias pero el agua de la alberca estaba templada, muy agradable. Fue clave para un lindo fin de semana en la ciudad.

The staff was helpful. Everything was clean and orderly and would like to. I will to visit again, but this time with the rest of my family. They were very coming with all the stuff that was requiring like extra blanket, a pillow and a towel.

The staff was amazing and so accommodating to me and my family! They even came to bring us a mini fridge so we can have our baby’s milk in the room, as well as recommended us to various places to eat or explore! 1000/10 recommended!
