Best place and good staff

Facilities were impeccable and the staff were very friendly

Some obvious things missing from what would have been a terrific experience – no paper towels to clean up messes, bathrobes are not available until requested indefinitely very minimal supply of coffee/hot beverages compared to other resorts that we’ve been to. In terms of amenities, while it was advertised that the pool was outdoor, as was the hot tub, perhaps they should consider having an indoor pool and indoor hot tub.

Welcoming staff, clean room and amenities. Loved that the resort fee included the ridge runner passes and snowshoeing.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Was given a free upgrade on arrival. Only downside, is they charge extra for electrical vehicle parking and there’s no sign indicating in the parking garage.

The room was a bit outdated. Some bite marks from a dogs stay? Their mandatory resort fee is a bit annoying too considering their price. Otherwise, a nice stay - comfortable bed, quiet, good service.

Facilities are nice but services fairly poor. Room was not available for check in until after 6:30pm. Requested call from manager but never heard from them. Offered 50% off for first night but was only given 30% off on bill. Room key cards were deactivated on final day before check out.

The staff was very courteous and the rooms were clean. We had a one bedroom suite, and the pullout couch was a little uncomfortable for the kids. You could feel the metal springs. Otherwise, 5 star.
