Zimmer leider viel kleiner als online angegeben; Sofabett weich und durchgelegen; lautes Lüftungsgeräusch; Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber; Hotelpool leider nicht sauber; das Dorf ist sehr schön und in unmittelbarer Nähe

Great property, very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay.
We booked an accessible room for my mum, and overall it worked very well. The room was spacious and easy to navigate with a wheelchair. My only suggestion would be to install a proper grab bar beside the toilet. The existing grab bar was located behind the toilet, which wasn't helpful for transfers.
Aside from that, the room was excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay.

We went down for dinner around 8pm and they were not able to accomodate us' they said can't cook anymore. We end up eating outside' 6km away

My wife, daughter (8 yrs old) and I spent the night at the Blue Mountain Westin and had a wonderful time. They allowed us to check in early and get settled in our room, which allowed us to spend time in the wonderful pool and hot tub area before heading out to the event we were therer to attend. We ate dinner and breakfast and their restaurant O&B, which was perfect! Great overall experience and we'll definitely be going back for a longer stay.
