Absolutely perfect stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the village and the mountain. The pool, hot tubs, and sauna were wonderful. This time of year was nice and quiet but everything was still open in the village. The staff at the hotel were exceptional.

Truly a wonderful experience — now I understand why this hotel is considered the best in the area, and I can confidently say it’s among the best in Canada.
The level of hospitality is exceptional. From the moment you arrive, there’s a sense of warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care. The staff consistently anticipate guest needs, making the entire stay feel seamless and welcoming.
The on-site restaurant is excellent, with not only delicious food but also a team of genuinely kind and attentive people who enhance the dining experience.
Overall, a phenomenal stay. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience.

We went during low season and wish we had an upfront warning of certain situations before booking or even while checking in. During the low season majority of the village activities are closed from Tuesday - Thursday. We showed up on Monday and we're given wrist bands for two activities which was included within the resort fee. They failed to mention to us when checking in to ensure we used them that day as they will all be closed the following day of our stay, you'd think that would be something to mention. They did advise the heating pool and hot tub will be closed the next day for cleaning, additionally they also had a scheduled power outage on Tuesday from 11:00PM - 3Am. If we were made aware upfront we would have not stayed for Tuesday and gone home. This was all scheduled and should have been mentioned or advised up front. We enjoyed the room, it was spacious, comfortable and other than losing power at some point had everything we needed and was the highlight of the stay We ordered room service Tuesday morning, although extremely pricey is was delicious however, we left our tray outside by our door around 2pm and wasn't picked up until the following morning, same with a neighbor down the hallway and was collecting flies. Overall, this could have been a decent stay if we went when things were operating as you would expect. I recommend if you are going in low season to contact them, to confirm what will be open.Bring your own snacks and some food. Left disappointed.

No power in the hotel from 6 pm on afterwards
For such a high end hotel there was a generator for the lights in the hallways but nothing else
Not even a bottle of water provided to guests Zero communication No food available in the hotel or village or help to get food couldn’t get out of the parking lot very disappointing
I understand Mother Nature played its course but the hotel could have helped out to minimize the situstion
