空港への送迎を行っていますが、１日に４回ほどみたいです。ちなみに無料ではありません。帰りは朝６時にフライトがあったのでタクシーを呼んでくれとお願いしたら、２時に１０ドルで特別送迎便があるのでそれを利用したらと提案されました。タクシーだと４０,５０ドルかかるし、ホテルではタクシーは呼ばないと言われ少し早いが提案を受け入れました。２時ぴったしにロビーでいいのかと確認したところ「そうだ」といわれたのですが、１時１０分に部屋に電話があり１時半に出発と言われました。夜の受付は英語が片言でこちらの言うことが分からず、急いでチェックアウトの準備して部屋を出ました。ちなみに事前に送迎に関してexpediaのホテルに連絡するという機能でメールを送っていたのですが返信がありませんでした。ホテルの姿勢としては疑問が残ります。 あと私が宿泊した３０●室はお湯のシャワーがでませんでした。途上国にある、ホテルでシャワー利用者がたくさんいるとお湯がでない状況かと思い１時間ほど待ちましたがやはりお湯はでませんでした。出発前の２５時の時間にもシャワーの蛇口をひねりましたがお湯はでませんでした。はやく仮眠したかったので部屋の交換は要求しませんでしたが最悪でした。 壁が薄く、隣の部屋のドアが開閉が聞こえるのでシャワーを浴びて寝るだけの人にもお薦めできません。

格安なうえにスタッフはフレンドリー、しかもWi-Fiと空港送迎があり満足。何より満足したのはブッフェ形式の朝食。予想以上だったのでまた利用する。

el hotel cuenta con seguridad y personal muy atento a ofrecer una estadia comoda, tiene tiendas y restaurantes cercanos a las cuales puedes ir de dia , de noche no es recomendable caminar por las cercanias , en lineas generales tiene buenas instalaciones en buenas condiciones buena calidad precio valor

It was comfortable

My whole family got bites from bed bugs or some other pest. We asked for another set of bed sheets for one room because the other ones had urine or some other stains on them. They didn’t give us any even though they said they would. The shower was a complete joke - they were built for a person that is skinny as a 2x4. The shower doors were not made for these showers. We went to the restaurant for supper and all we got served was water and pop. The waitress never did come back to take a food order. We ended up ordering food from Uber Eats and we couldn’t eat it all - so I gave the unopened portions to the lobby staff for free. The staff spoke no English so it was very hard to communicate with them. We had 3 nights booked and decided we could only stay for one night because of the bed bugs, poor service, loud people in the hallways that security had to come and deal with, improperly set up bathrooms and overall not a very nice hotel to stay with family members. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La habitación no colocan toallas para la salida del baño como aún utilizan cortinas el piso se moja afuera casi se cae mi mamá y se iba dar un mal golpe aparte no me entregaron una toalla por persona la habitación era de 4 personas y solo me dieron 2 tuve q pedir las otras y en total no surtian a tiempo el papel y los jabones no pasaban a limpiar la habitación las luces estaban opacas y algunas q ni prendía es todo lo q recuerdo espero si voy una próxima haya mejorado solo me dieron 3

Sinceramente el hotel no era lo que yo esperaba las camas son de hierro y con nada se movían de un lado al otro

El inodoro estaba dañado y sucio, por lo demas todo excelente 👌

Terrible customer service, i had to pay extra for two beds!!

The A/C was fine, but it shutdown at intervals. I am not sure whether that was a mechical issue. However, with minutrs of calling the front desk, the powrt was restored to the A/C--this occurred on 2 occasions during my stay. I also noticed the same with elevator, and when the front desk attendant was notified the power to the elevator was restored. I was surprised that guest had to pay for ice, which was priced very high--$2.00 for a pitcher
