ホテル コスタ イン

空港への送迎を行っていますが、１日に４回ほどみたいです。ちなみに無料ではありません。帰りは朝６時にフライトがあったのでタクシーを呼んでくれとお願いしたら、２時に１０ドルで特別送迎便があるのでそれを利用したらと提案されました。タクシーだと４０,５０ドルかかるし、ホテルではタクシーは呼ばないと言われ少し早いが提案を受け入れました。２時ぴったしにロビーでいいのかと確認したところ「そうだ」といわれたのですが、１時１０分に部屋に電話があり１時半に出発と言われました。夜の受付は英語が片言でこちらの言うことが分からず、急いでチェックアウトの準備して部屋を出ました。ちなみに事前に送迎に関してexpediaのホテルに連絡するという機能でメールを送っていたのですが返信がありませんでした。ホテルの姿勢としては疑問が残ります。 あと私が宿泊した３０●室はお湯のシャワーがでませんでした。途上国にある、ホテルでシャワー利用者がたくさんいるとお湯がでない状況かと思い１時間ほど待ちましたがやはりお湯はでませんでした。出発前の２５時の時間にもシャワーの蛇口をひねりましたがお湯はでませんでした。はやく仮眠したかったので部屋の交換は要求しませんでしたが最悪でした。 壁が薄く、隣の部屋のドアが開閉が聞こえるのでシャワーを浴びて寝るだけの人にもお薦めできません。

格安なうえにスタッフはフレンドリー、しかもWi-Fiと空港送迎があり満足。何より満足したのはブッフェ形式の朝食。予想以上だったのでまた利用する。

Bien lugar y buen precio

Couple of time laugh people was hanging around in the hallway. I have to go to front desk to reset my key room every time I leave and comeback to my room. Sometimes I have to wait if their busy. It's very annoyed not be able to go straight to your room every time you get back to the hotel.

At the Costa Inn hotel in Panama City you will enjoy a great location and be around great amenities. The prices are reasonable for such a location. If this hotel was newer we would be paying top dollars to stay there. The staff is good and helpful if you need anything. Understanding of Spanish language will work wonders for you. So try to learn a little Spanish language before your trip to Panama. I will definitely return and stay at the same hotel.

Acá algunas razones por que no quedarse en este hotel: 1- El estado general del hotel, salvo recepción es muy deficiente. Viejo, húmedo, poco mantenimiento. 2- El servicio de restaurante es pésimo. Una persona para el servicio. (Toma la orden, cocina, Atiende mesas, cobra) tiempos de espera enormes. 3- La terraza, cierra a las 10.00 pm. por mucho el lugar más atractivo del hotel. (Literalmente te sacan de ahí y te mandan a dormir) 4- Sábanas sucias, manchadas, rotas, los baños de la habitación en muy mal estado, sucios, no hay toallas de piso. Un desastre. Cucarachas en la a habitación 505. Pero lo lo que se lleva el premio y por mucho más molesto es: 5-El Peor personal que ví en mis 43 años. “Cero concepto de servicio al cliente”… El servicio de recepción, restaurante, limpieza y seguridad; mal educado, poco entrenado, y lo peor de todo no les importa en absoluto resolver los inconvenientes. Me hospedé desde el 31 de marzo hasta el 3 de abril, y cada día observé una discusión en la recepción con clientes molestos exigiendo devolución de dinero. Ej: A) Me quitaron mis toallas personales y nadie responde por ellas, B) Cerrado sin previo aviso el restaurante por evento privado, C) A mi suegra, nunca le llevaron toallas de baño. D) Las reservaciones no aparecen por ningún lado… Ni siquiera te explican cómo pedir el elevador si tu habitación no usa tarjeta….. Y así podemos seguir. No volvería a llevar a mi familia ni que ellos me paguen el hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great overall. My only minor issue was that the bathroom was a bit small, but it didn’t really affect my experience. I speak English while the staff primarily spoke Spanish, but they were very willing to translate and assist me. They were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

This hotel is located just a few blocks from the Santo Tomas train station, right behind a hospital. It’s decent for the price, I guess, but the cleanliness of my room was poor. The bedsheets and towels were stained, the bathroom sink was dirty, and the toilet was partially clogged—it needed to be flushed at least twice every time.

el hotel cuenta con seguridad y personal muy atento a ofrecer una estadia comoda, tiene tiendas y restaurantes cercanos a las cuales puedes ir de dia , de noche no es recomendable caminar por las cercanias , en lineas generales tiene buenas instalaciones en buenas condiciones buena calidad precio valor

My whole family got bites from bed bugs or some other pest. We asked for another set of bed sheets for one room because the other ones had urine or some other stains on them. They didn’t give us any even though they said they would. The shower was a complete joke - they were built for a person that is skinny as a 2x4. The shower doors were not made for these showers. We went to the restaurant for supper and all we got served was water and pop. The waitress never did come back to take a food order. We ended up ordering food from Uber Eats and we couldn’t eat it all - so I gave the unopened portions to the lobby staff for free. The staff spoke no English so it was very hard to communicate with them. We had 3 nights booked and decided we could only stay for one night because of the bed bugs, poor service, loud people in the hallways that security had to come and deal with, improperly set up bathrooms and overall not a very nice hotel to stay with family members. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
