隣のアパートメントホテルの若者がうるさかった。特にサッカーの試合のあった日は、明け方まで騒ぎ、物を上から投げるなど騒いでいて、寝られなかった。 ホテル自体はロビーなど広くプールも大きく楽しめた。

Hôtel suffisant pour nous, nous étions partis toute la journée. Les repas sont des classiques de l'industriel, l'hôtel est propre. Nous y étions en octobre donc j'imagine qu'en période estivale il y a des animations.

Nice and big hotel. Clean, near the beach, good entertainment. - a bit cold in the pool.

I've been going here for 20 years and never disappointed....upgrading each year so well worth a visit for what you pay.

Point fort: c’est propre et proche de la plage. Point faible, la chambre est petite et le lit n’est pas confortable du tout.

Très bon hôtel très belle piscine gentillesse du personnel bien situé proche de la plage et des transports en commun pour visiter l’île je recommande cet établissement

We went to Mallorca for a weekend trip. And this hotel was perfect for the view and road trip with the easy parking. It was May when we visited, but the weather was quite warm already. Unfortunately, there was no electric fan nor air-conditioning provided...So we had to open the window for some air. However, this led to another problem, the noise from the parties. The hotel was located right next to the pubs and bars near the beach, and our windows were directly facing them. We did manage to enjoy some in-house entertainment provided by the hotel, like the bar and the Michael Jackson dancing show. It will be even better if the swimming pool can be opened earlier in the morning for a quick dip before/after breakfast.

Excellent stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and helpful, the pool is great and we really appreciated the early check in. We also appreciated the surprise bottle of wine. Location is brilliant with the strip a 5 minute walk away and there are a host of local shops within a few steps. It was really good to see the manager out and about every day ensuring everything was good for the guests. There is a nice games room for kids too. 2 things to improve on. 1. Check in is laborious. It seems to take forever and if a big group arrives you could be there for hours. The online check in process is a great idea but didn’t work, leaving us with the standard process. 2. Breakfast. Beyond fruit and pastries it was pretty average. Thanks to everyone. We will stay again.

Good and relaxed

This was the very first time of going to Mallorca and I will definitely go again. The hotel was a very good choice. Despite the language barrier, the staff always went out of their way to help. Very helpful and always smiling. From the reception staff, restaurant staff and even the lady who cleaned our room, who was called Fatou. They were very polite and always eager to help. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful break. My kids and I really needed it. Can’t wait to come back again. You are simply amazing. God bless you all.

Nous avons passé 6 jours et 5 nuits dans l'hotel avec uniquement la formule petit dejeuner. Points positifs : Tout le personnel est professionnel. Piscine très grande. Piscine pour les enfants très bien aussi. Hôtel très bien situé : 10 minutes à pieds de la plage. (de bons restaurants se situent à quelques minutes à pied de l'hotel ou nous avons très bien mangé) Petit dejeuner correct : il y a du choix mais on a vite fait le tour en quelques jours. Animations en journée et soirée très satisfaisant. Clim dans la chambre très bien. Points négatifs pour notre chambre uniquement : Nuisances sonores, tout est mal insonorisé. On a été reveillé plusieurs fois durant notre séjour dans la nuit par les fêtards de l'hotel ou par le bruit à l'éxtérieure (côté piscine) Literie inconfortable. Chambre pas très propre, ça meriterait un coup de rénovation et raffraichissement (pommeau de douche defectueux, WC, parquet et carrelage cassé, murs un peu sales) Restaurant snack un peu chère pour ce que c'était. Pour l'ensemble de notre séjour, nous garderons un souvenir correct de l'hotel mais ne le recommanderons pas pour tout le monde. (pour les jeunes oui, pour les familles pas forcement)
