I know it is winter in Santiago.But it is hard to believe that the room was freezing (around 16 C) even the aircondition had been turned on into Maximum temperature for the whole afternoon. Furthermore, the hotwater in the bath room was not working. After claimed, the room service brought me a electronic stove finally. But didnt get hotwater until next morning. 5 star hotel? No way.

左右に隣接した部屋が補修工事中で、昼間は工事音がした。補修工事が終わったばかりだったのかも知れないが5日間宿泊した間に、お湯が出ない、ドアーロックが誤動作する、室内のリフレッシュがスキップされる等のトラブルが頻発した。ホテル内にレストランが3箇所有るがショップが全く無い。

チェックアウト後でも対応が素晴らしく、ストレスない滞在が出来ました。

家族利用しました。普通の4星といったところでした。他に泊ったホテルがよかったのでそう感じたのかもしれませんが^^; アメニティーは並ぐらいです。電気ケトルなし、シャワーは2ハンドル式のバスタブあり、ビジネスセンターやプリンターは無しですがコンシェルジュ宛てにメール送信すると翌日にはプリントアウトしておいてくれます。 お湯はいつでも出ました。電気ケトルこそありませんが、お願いすると間もなく冷めにくいポットにお湯を持ってきてくれました。ホテル内のレストランも結構おいしかったです。コンセントの数もけっこうあり、OA機器の充電には不自由しませんでした。 設備面の不足を細やかなサービスの充実でカバーしている感があり、とても好感が持てました^^

チェックインが17時になったのに謝罪が全く無かった。従業員教育を疑う。チェックイン時の従業員の不手際以外は総じて良かった。

予約してあった部屋を現地でクラブルームにかえたのでが、そこに常にコンシェルジュがいるので観光やレストランの情報、フライトの変更など気楽に相談にのってもらえべんりでした。 少し高くなりましたが、眺めもよい高層階でしたし、無料で毎朝そこでかなり充実した朝食をとれ、好きなときにお茶もできたので元を取ったように思います。 歩いていける距離にもレストランやモールもあり安全で便利な場所です。

ホテルの部屋がとてもきれいで、また、広くよかったです。 アメネティがホテルのSPAのオリジナルのもので、匂い含めとてもよかったです。 朝食が別ですが割高に感じました。ルームサービスが手ごろな値段でそちらを活用し、満足しました。

Fantastic experience. Everything about it including the walkability to restaurants and shopping. Camilo at Concierge’s was fantastic helping me with my wine tours. I will return!!!

Excellent. Living up to its name and standard as a mandarin oriental. Gym was perfect although if the gym have some kind of facing will be nice apart from that amenities, food selection, near to shopping etc all you could expect of a 5 star hotel

Zero upgrades offered. I asked hotel check in occupancy and was told “less than half”. I asked for a high floor; I was told any and all upgrades are saved for guests that book directly with the hotel. Sad, as I lived the brand. But felt like I was told “I am not good enough for them”. But hotel was well maintained. Food options were above average. The best part of the hotel was the bell staff, as they made an amazing first impression.

10/10; best hotel in Santiago.

Yours is one of the best 5* hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve travelled the world over my 70 years and stayed in many, many famous establishments. What makes you really special is your staff; they’re simply perfect. I’d like to single out Valentina and Diego in the Club Lounge, who were simply fantastic. Elevator operation was spotty, the card didn't always work and you have to switch elevators. Breakfast could be included like other 5 star hotels in the area. The view was beautiful but the room smelled funny and not fresh.

Hotel incrível ,fomos muito bem recepcionadas por Ignácio no check in que nos proporcionou experiências maravilhosas! A culinária é fantástica, café da manhã incrível e o atendimento é feito com muito carinho , me senti muito valorizada e mimada . Tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar vários vinhos gentilmente servidos por Alexis com auto conhecimento sobre os mesmos .Quarto impecável com uma linda vista dos Andes. Toda noite colocavam chocolates e água além da máquina de café que era sempre reposta . Meu óculos em cima da bancada recebeu uma flanela para melhor cuidado , os fios dos carregadores foram todos presos com um lacre do hotel ! Fui embora com vontade de voltar !!!! Super recomendo
