トイレはキレイだった

古い。設備の更新もない。立地も不便。 スタッフは良い感じ。 水回りやエレベーターも古い。 せめてリネン類は新しく綺麗なものであって欲しい。 マットレスは史上最高に固い。

設備は基本的にキレイです。冷蔵庫もあります。 泊まった部屋のバスタブは、若干錆びは浮いていましたが、ちゃんと清掃はされていました。 問題はシャワー設備で、水圧が異常に低く、シャワーではなく、お湯が垂れている、という状態です。 そして、サービスですが、こちらも微妙です。 2泊しましたが、初日は、バスタオル2枚しかなく、バスマットやフェイスタオルがありませんでした。 着いたのが夜遅かったので、面倒くさくて連絡しませんでしたが、翌日、アブシンベル神殿のツアーから戻ってくると、一枚もタオルがない状態になっていました。 さすがに困るので、フロントに連絡、すぐ持っていくというので待っていましたが、1時間経っても来ず。 さらに、Csutomer Relationとかいう部門に電話し、持ってきてもらうことにしましたが、30分経っても来ず。 面倒くさいので、そのまま食事に出てしまい、1時間後くらいに戻ってきたら、部屋に装備されていました。 プールとかあってゴージャスな感じに見えますが、ホテルとしての基本がいま一つなので、他人にオススメできるかというと微妙です。 ただ、この地域のホテルは、どこもあまりサービスや設備がよくないと、ガイドさんから聞いたので、この価格帯では標準なのかもしれません。

写真では大きな高級ホテルのように見えますが、実際老朽化が進んでおり、清掃もきれいになされていません。部屋のテーブルやテレビ台などは、埃まみれでした。改築工事もしており、一日中騒音が酷くてのんびりできませんでした。夜には断水があり、水やお湯がまったく出ず、復旧したかと思ったら、どれだけ流しても茶色いお湯しか出ませんでした。中心部から離れた小高い丘の上にあって周りは荒涼としています。なので、仕方なく夕食はホテルで取りましたが、ブッフェしかなく、バラエティも乏しいのにとても高い料金を取られました。今回のエジプト旅行で一番選択を誤ったホテルでした。

高台にあるホテルなので景色が綺麗で夕日も見れました。ヌビアン博物館の斜め前です。

施設自体は綺麗で朝食も満足したが、周辺の環境があまりよろしくない。

予約したプランが、旅行客用ではなかったらしく、倍の料金をとられました。予約時にもっとわかりやすく表示すべき。 wifiのつながりも悪く、たくさんの人が使っているからどうすることもできないとあしらわれました。 シャワーも茶色い水しか出ず、修理してもらうのに時間がかかった。 唯一、ホテルの下にある小さなショッピングセンターで、お土産が良心的な値段であり、店員さんもとても良い人だったしゆっくり選べたので良かったです。

My room with balcony was so spacious and beautiful. It made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I could see the amazing sunrise from the balcony.

Great staff, the hotel is a short drive from all ppints of interest. I want to especially thank Reham from the concierge, she was excellent and had great communication. She made the stay very smooth and relaxed.

Clean room and helpful staff

Noi abbiano prenotato una camera superior vista fiume , con un bellissimo terrazzo, stanza pulita con un toilet set molto apprezzato, pazzolino e dentifricio, pettine, spugna, set cucito, set barba. Buono il sonno con materassi e cuscini comodi. Tutto il personale ( reception, camerieri, addetti alla piscina) molto gentili ed attenti. Un grazie particolare alla relation guest e all' Hotel Manager che ci hanno permesso di fare un late check out. Bella piscina e personale molto attento e professionale, buona la colazione, da migliorare la cucina del riatorante. Nel complesso un hotel da raccomandare. Mahmood number one.

Decent place

Keurig hotel, zeer vriendelijke service van het personeel. Zeer fraai gelegen op een heuvel in Aswan. Prijzen in het restaurant, waar je lekker kan eten zijn zeer schappelijk. Meubilair in de kamer is gedateerd maar schoon. Lekker groot tweepersoons bed.

Séjour excellent du début à la fin. L’accueil a été particulièrement professionnel, chaleureux et efficace. Le personnel est courtois, disponible et très bien organisé. On se sent immédiatement pris en charge avec sérieux et respect. La propreté est irréprochable, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, soigné et conforme aux standards d’un établissement de qualité. L’organisation générale et l’agencement des lieux sont très bien pensés. Chambre fonctionnelle, confortable et bien préparée à l’arrivée. Aucun détail n’a été laissé au hasard. Vraiment un très bon établissement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Amazing hotel! Great emenities, large rooms and friendly staff. They need to improve the quality of toiletries but rest all is great. Breakfast is super awesome too. Amazing views and convenient location.

The room was OK, but the cleaning job could be better.The bathroom tub had black mold in the corner. It was unpleasant. We had only one bath towel for the two of us. The balcony offered a nice view. You will enjoy birds chirping in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool wasn't heated and the water was cold. The restaurant prices are very reasonable and the food was good. We also like the location right across the Nubian Museum. We spent half a day there.

Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island. Friendly staff, welcoming and providing great recommendations with a smile (thank you Miriam at front desk) We had à la carte dinner- the juiciest tender chicken pieces in shish tawouk and fatty. Daily free breakfast buffet is epic- with fresh food, omelette station and the wide variety of breakfast pastries, yogurts, accompaniments. WiFi could be stronger in the rooms, works fine in the lobby area.

The staff was kind and generally very helpful. They know and understand that most guests are there to see ancient Egyptian sites and to have a relaxing time. The room was fine... wouldn't say incredible, but clean and comfortable. However, the hotel itself is perched on top of a nice hill so you get a great view of the city, and it's fun to walk around with the views, poolside, restaurant, lobby, etc.

The hotel needs a complete refurbishment. The bathroom and furniture are 30 years old! It looks more as a 3 stars than 4. The food both at the breakfast and room service is not good either. Completely overpriced!
