Spent one night at prarire crest hotel. Have four kids in the room.Shortly after 9 with 3/4 kids asleep we notice the ceiling is leaking. My husband goes downstairs to talk to front desk. Wants us to check out with no where to go. Again 4 kids here. Multiple arguements back and forth which end in them threating us that we will need to pay the full nights stay and to relocate to 2 small rooms tomorrow. Full cost of 1 room PLUS 65 for the room since they do not have what we paid for avaliable. Water coming through the ceiling and out the wall vents.

Breakfast was fresh but not a lot of variety. Staff was great and the rooms were very clean and large. Overall was a nice stay!

The hotel itself is older but you can tell they have made tons of renovations to keep it up to date. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are nice and clean. The beds were super comfy as well. I think it's time they start to upgrade the bathrooms in the rooms, but they were still clean and functionable. The breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. A decent variety to choose from. My only small complaint is the lack of housekeeping. Despite putting my housekeeping request sign on my door, they did not show up that morning. The front desk told me I needed to request it at the front desk but there was no mention of needing to do that at check-in, nor was there a notification of that in our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. The price was right!

Have stayed here many times and absolutely love it! The room was clean and smelled lovely. Beds were very comfortable! And the pool with slide is always a hit with the kids!

Very nice hotel, easy to access and is well situated to shopping and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, main areas are clean and tidy. The hot breakfast was delicious. My room was very clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Basically everything about my stay here was great. A nice day to stay at the end of a long day. Comfy beds, good gym and tasty breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We understand that property was taken over and they helped us understand that renovations will happen.

Continental breakfast was very good. Bathroom sink drain was not working. Could not be fixed so ended up changing rooms. Disappointed pool and hot tub were not open.

The rooms was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful and the parking lot was available for the guest, the breakfast need a little bit more attention. I suggest that the owner is looking for renovation for the property.

The staff was pleasant, helpful and organized. Though the building showed signs of age, it was in good shape and gave the feeling of clean. I personally did not take advantage of the hot breakfast, but always a nice touch. All things considered, I will return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel itself was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The first lady when we arrived was very helpful but after that the staff was not helpful and unfriendly. No good mornings when they passed you in the hall and when I asked for water, they said the jug was coming and we waited 7-10 minutes when there was another source of water nearby. The girl at the front didn't even apologize. Morning staff in the dining area swept our feet as we were eating. Overall I give this hotel 2/5 stars.

Loved the staff! So helpful, and we left a hat behind and they called to let us know so we were able to pick it up.

Nice room, quiet. Air vents could have been cleaned, covered in thick dust.

The room was a good size for the price. The pool was shut down due to unforeseen circumstances. All they did was apologize. I'm glad I didn't have crying kids. I would think some sort of voucher would be a good idea. The hallway carpet had a unsightly stain and there was some other common area damage, but overall good.
