2泊目お世話になりました。 ガナーズベリー駅から歩いてすぐの好立地。 駅にはエレベーターが無いので荷物が多い方はバスでくるのもよいと思います。ホテルにはエレベーターあります。 機械でのチェックインに手間取っていたら、スタッフの方がすぐ手助けしてくださいました。 清潔でお茶とお菓子も用意してありくつろげました。照明のスイッチが少し分かりづらかったです。エアコンが付いてて快適！ 朝食はイングリッシュブレックファストのめにゆあが網羅されていて、野菜もヨーグルトもあります。朝から元気になれます。

Always stayed in this hotel for business in UK. Nice and cozy.

It is my favorite hotel in London. It’s necessary about Refrigerator & slippers. I think that location is good. It means where the neighborhood is very calm. I would like to stay next time.

It was noisy because there was a sound coming from the shower drain even when the shower was not in use. I would like more variety in the breakfast menu.

Hotel is well-maintained and location is great for restaurants, pubs, shopping, and a few nice sights and museums nearby.

Beautiful hotel with a nice outdoor terrace, lobby and bar area, and spacious, modern rooms, but let down by a few things: - Upon waiting to check in, I was just ignored by multiple reception staff. They were on the phone, which is fine (I don't expect them to just hang up!), but at least make the effort to make eye contact, nod or smile or just acknowledge that you've been seen and that they will be with you in one minute. Just being purposefully ignored is infuriating and doesn't make you feel welcome. - When eventually acknowledged I was made to self check in on a vertical touch screen (like ordering in mcdonalds), which felt like the experience of a budget hotel. It was also frustrating to have to enter endless details, all of which I'd supplied when booking. - Everything seems to take an eternity from checking in, ordering a drink, ordering breakfast etc.. In the morning I gave up after there was no staff at the bar to order brunch, so I went elsewhere. - Food was poor. Pizza rubbish. It was heavy, stodgy and flavourless. - Air con didn't work in room (wouldn't even turn on) and the room was boiling. It's a shame because it has the potential to be fantastic.

It’s a decent hotel, quiet, staff could be friendlier though. I also found huge spider in the bathroom but I guess it’s not hotels fault.

Was a perfect place to stay for Kew Gardens and bus routes and underground into the middle of London, Shower could of been stronger, and the tv wasn’t great but only had that a night, breakfast was amazing, will stay here again

Cleanliness was excellent and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Well designed and furnished public areas. Only hitches were difficulties adjusting the heating system in the room on arrival, and not being directed to the designated breakfast area in the morning - so waited in the dining area! A lovely, friendly hotel, well recommend

A refreshing change - clean an

Lovely spacious room that was quiet even though it was facing the main road, good room facilities, comfortable bed, iron and ironing board was convenient, very friendly staff, breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Bathroom was a little worn and I found the tap being so close to the back of the sink edge particularly annoying when washing hands or trying to fill the kettle it was difficult.

Breakfast was Luke warm on both days. Too much made at once. Fried eggs were fried hard on the bottom but uncooked whites on the top. The bedroom was 25 degrees at all times regardless if the “air con” being on constantly. Windows don’t open so it was very uncomfortable. No fridge in the room so couldn’t keep any drinks cold. They ended up warm due to the room temperature. The outside temperature was a typical spring 17degrees so the room was not affected by external factor. In room tv received no tv channels. Only radio. Plus side. Very handy for the tube and bus. Lovely food in the restaurant. Comfy bed, just didn’t sleep due to the heat. No face to face checkout to discuss the issues. Was told to check out using the machine. Not very personable.
