バスタブ無しの部屋でしたが、お願いしたところ、別の部屋のバスタブを使わせてくれました。

湖畔に立地、美しい景色を見ながらゆったり寛げるホテルです。朝食ブッフェは普通、部屋の広さも普通、でもまた泊まってもいいな。ドアマン兼よろず相談請負いみたいな親切なおじさんが何かとケアしてくれました。時間があるなら、コモタウン ステイよりお勧めです。

Harika bir deneyimdi. 1 yaşında oğlum ile gittiğimiz için başta endişeli olsakta tüm ekip oldukça yardımsever ve güleryüzlü davrandı. Resepsiyona özellikle teşekkürler!

The most magical place

L’hôtel est un véritable havre de paix. Il est ce que je me faisais comme idée d’un hôtel au bord du lac de Côme : intimiste, paisible, chaleureux, luxueux. On s’y sent tellement bien. S’il vous est donné l’occasion de venir au bord du LAGO DI COMO, vous devez séjourner au moins une fois dans cette établissement qui réuni toutes les qualités afin de vivre totalement en harmonie avec le lac et sa région. Je recommande très très vivement cet hôtel +++++

Um dos poucos hotéis realmente à beira do lago, proporcionando belas vistas. Estacionamento disponível, com manobristas se necessário. Ficamos numa suite de frente para o lago, com tamanho generoso, muito boas instalações e bastante silenciosa. O hotel está localizado junto ao píer do ferry boat que conecta com Varenna e Belaggio, o que nos foi bastante cômodo e não incomodou em nada. Excelente café da manhã com vista deslumbrante.

The hotel is right on the lake and our room had a lake front balcony that provided stunning views of the lake and the mountains. The pool is a great amenity. The room was spacious and cheery. The staff that greets you is excellent. A shout out to Captain Roberto, who provides private lake tours by boat. My only negative is the restaurant. The dinner menu is very limited and the staff, while well meaning, was incompetent. Of 4 meals we had there, something went wrong with 3 of them, including sending back a steak that was ordered medium rare and was delivered well over done. It was replaced by a steak that was merely seared and uncooked. I should have sent that back as well. In other words, avoid the restaurant.

This is a true gem! Right on the lake with a lovely pool. The setting is fantastic. We loved the old fashioned touches such as turn down service in the evening with towels refreshed at night as well as in the morning. The hotel has been recently refurbished so the bedrooms are well thought out and nicely appointed without being too formal. We had a room overlooking the lake and loved waking up to the sun streaming in through the windows before heading down to a gorgeous breakfast. It has to be said that the food is amazing! The added bonus is that the ferry is just along the road which makes it really easy to hop over to other towns for the day, although the little town of Menaggio is charming and nowhere near as crowded as Bellagio. We will definitely be going back to this great hotel.

Hotel excelente tudo funcionando muito bem o quarto grande e bem decorado funcionários atenciosos e um bom café da manhã. A comida do restaurante poderia ser melhor.

If you make sure to get a newly renovated room, all is good. If you don’t, it’s a completely different stay. The rooms that are not renovated are dingy older and need a deep cleaning. Shower is small, etc. If you get a newly renovated room it’s completely opposite. Air-conditioning is fabulous. Beds are comfortable pillows are wonderful, etc. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the pool and pool chairs were fabulous. The concierge staff need to get a little more training. They were unable to really answer questions about the area, the restaurants things to do, etc. They were young locals who really didn’t seem very trained. For example, when I asked if they could make a reservation for dinner the concierge said “you want ME to call?“ That was a little surprising. She was very sweet, but they need training on what a concierge’s role is in a nice hotel.

The view from our Superior Room with View was spectacular. Breakfast was amazing and the staff made everyone feel very welcome. Being so close to the ferry was also an unexpected bonus both convenient and entertaining to watch. We would love to stay there again next year.

We stayed for two nights and the experience was shockingly poor. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door from the beginning, but hotel personnel entered while we were out, moved our personal belongings and threw away papers I had placed with my medication. Another occurrence while we were sleeping in the afternoon a male staff member entered the room without knocking and walked all the way to the bed, and after realising he said he had the wrong room. This is the staff who’s usually at the entrance and helps with parking, probably he wanted to clear or help with luggage for another room.. Around 20–30 minutes later, another housekeeping staff member entered again, probably for cleaning or who knows why despite the same Do Not Disturb sign!! Unacceptable! The personnel has no sense of being cautious and at leat knock. Instead they all just to barge in! The room also could not be locked from the inside, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We reported everything to reception immediately, but there was no proper follow-up, no real apology from management and no gesture at checkout. Felt like they didn’t really care. The room was decent, but the staff training, privacy standards and guest safety were completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again and do not recommend.

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options. Drinks in the bar were excellent.

Breakfast menu was great and views were incredible. Room was clean only thing would be if the en suite was bigger but other than that thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

The hotel room was a great size with lovely views of the lake. All staff at the hotel were professional and attentive. There was a wide choice for breakfast options and again the staff were very quick to serve you. A very enjoyable stay
