バスタブ無しの部屋でしたが、お願いしたところ、別の部屋のバスタブを使わせてくれました。

湖畔に立地、美しい景色を見ながらゆったり寛げるホテルです。朝食ブッフェは普通、部屋の広さも普通、でもまた泊まってもいいな。ドアマン兼よろず相談請負いみたいな親切なおじさんが何かとケアしてくれました。時間があるなら、コモタウン ステイよりお勧めです。

The hotel room was a great size with lovely views of the lake. All staff at the hotel were professional and attentive. There was a wide choice for breakfast options and again the staff were very quick to serve you. A very enjoyable stay

We booked a superior room and unfortunately the room was located on the Ferry parking. There was no other room unless we spent 700$ extra for the 3 nights. We hardly slept that night. We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2. Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing. Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious. Menaggio is charming

Em termos de localização, o hotel fica ao lado do ferry boat, no centro e perto de restaurantes, tornando muito cômoda a viagem. Ao mesmo tempo, possui estacionamento, embora limitado. Os quartos são bons, embora eu tenha achado o box do chuveiro um pouco apertado. Alguns poderão achar que o hotel precisa de uma reforma, mas eu entendo se tratar de um clássico. Tem elevador, mas pelo menos no segundo andar tem um pequeno lance de escada. O staff do hotel sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. O café da manhã muito bom, com vista sensacional para o lago. Eu recomendo

The rooms are dated but very clean, AC is good. Hotel property well maintained and nice atmosphere. Hotel is amazing with gorgeous Water front views and beautiful seating along the water front and nice pool. The downtown of MENAGGIO is a 3 minute walk , the.entire town is on the beautiful water front of Lake Como and has cute shops and many quaint restaurants with outdoor dining options . Every restaurant is surrounded by beautiful flower pots and lighted umbrellas over tables.Ferry landing is 2 minute walk from the hotel to catch Ferry around Lake Como. Excellent town to base your stay for your Lake Como visit.

Too limited for the price paid

Hotel is even more beautiful in person. Buffet breakfast and service is top- notch. Excellent hotel

This place needs a major renovation. The beds are horrible, hard, the pillow are hard and flat, towels are dingy and the wifi sucks in the bedrooms. I complained and they said they fixed it well they didn’t. The pool has cracks inside the only thing great is the location to the ferry and the breakfast was good.

One of the most elegant hotels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful architecture and art work with the most amazing views of Lake Como. The pool and surround grounds were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast had made to order plates and t g e buffet items were extensive. Every staff member were very attentive to our needs.

Overall great staff besides the bar staff on in the evening. Quite rude, when asked her about Italian red wines, she just said to choose between red or white. Asked which one is a heavy red, she said they are all the same. Terrible attitude and rude. Every other staff were great. Great hotel located perfectly in Menaggio.
