I enjoyed staying.

１階のレストランのメガネをかけたマネージャーと思われる人物の対応が、悪すぎる。 差別されている気持ちになって不愉快である。 また、４７０ゾロチ日本円で、２万数千円も払ったが、最低の対応で、今まで世界のレストランを食べ歩いたが、一番最悪だった。アコーホテル最高級のホテルだから　 ５泊したが、こんな奴の為に、最悪の旅行となった。 本来なら、我々グループの幹部３０人で泊まろう思っていたが、このホテルとレストランは、二度と行かない。

スタッフがとても親切でよかったです。

結果的には施設、スタッフともに素晴らしく快適にステイ出来ました。 当初案内していただいた部屋がエレベーターからかなり遠く（私が静かな部屋をリクエストしていたため）、高齢者を連れていたのでスタッフの方が 『部屋の交換』を提案してくださり、すぐに対応してくださったのです。 朝食も素晴らしく、本当に快適でした！ すぐに対処していただきましたが、下記の件が発生、 報告として挙げます。 チェックイン時、あらかじめレイトチェックアウトを希望し、料金を提示していただいたにもかかわらず、 17時まで無料との案内をされました。翌日他の方に確認したところ、当初の案内をされました。 ベットが寝返りを打つ程度できしんだ音がした。 備え付けのポットの底から漏水しており、結果漏電で部屋の電源が切れてしまいました。（すぐに復旧） でもこちらのホテルをお勧めします。 またお世話になりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

とにかく施設が綺麗で、スタッフも親切。

ジュニアスィートで1泊滞在しました。清潔で景色も素晴らしい部屋でした。朝食もとても美味しくて大満足でした。

とても高級感のあるホテルなのに値段は安い。市の中心部にあるので観光地も歩いて回れます。レストランも美味しい。

部屋も広くバスタブもあり非常に良い

Besuch der Stadt Warschau. Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal in Warschau weil es eine sehr schöne und saubere Stadt ist. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut.

Tolles Hotel

Situated near the Old Town and a 20 minute walk from the central train station. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Hotel has an underground swimming pool which is beautiful and a spa.

We stayed at the Sofitel Victoria Warsaw for three nights as a couple. Upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded from a regular King Room to a Superior King Room - lovely touch! The room itself was a good size and very quiet. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy - probably the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. The hotel is conveniently located from Old Town (a 5-10 minute walk). It is also close to the river where there is a good running/cycling route for those who fancy it. Another positive to add is that we emailed ahead of our check in to ask for a late check out due to a late night flight home and reception were happy to extend our check out until 4pm, free of charge. We opted to have drinks in the bar one evening instead of venturing into the city and we had a lovely, relaxed evening. The drinks were a reasonable price and service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful weekend in Warsaw and should we find ourselves in the city again, we would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern, Bett mit Topper und daher sehr weich, tolles Schwimmbad geöffnet von 7 Uhr bis 22 Uhr, Frühstück ok, aber Obst könnte besser sein
