I enjoyed staying.

１階のレストランのメガネをかけたマネージャーと思われる人物の対応が、悪すぎる。 差別されている気持ちになって不愉快である。 また、４７０ゾロチ日本円で、２万数千円も払ったが、最低の対応で、今まで世界のレストランを食べ歩いたが、一番最悪だった。アコーホテル最高級のホテルだから　 ５泊したが、こんな奴の為に、最悪の旅行となった。 本来なら、我々グループの幹部３０人で泊まろう思っていたが、このホテルとレストランは、二度と行かない。

スタッフがとても親切でよかったです。

結果的には施設、スタッフともに素晴らしく快適にステイ出来ました。 当初案内していただいた部屋がエレベーターからかなり遠く（私が静かな部屋をリクエストしていたため）、高齢者を連れていたのでスタッフの方が 『部屋の交換』を提案してくださり、すぐに対応してくださったのです。 朝食も素晴らしく、本当に快適でした！ すぐに対処していただきましたが、下記の件が発生、 報告として挙げます。 チェックイン時、あらかじめレイトチェックアウトを希望し、料金を提示していただいたにもかかわらず、 17時まで無料との案内をされました。翌日他の方に確認したところ、当初の案内をされました。 ベットが寝返りを打つ程度できしんだ音がした。 備え付けのポットの底から漏水しており、結果漏電で部屋の電源が切れてしまいました。（すぐに復旧） でもこちらのホテルをお勧めします。 またお世話になりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

Boendet var fräscht och vi hade trevlig personal. Dock förväntade jag mig mycket mer av ett spahotell men man kanske har högre standard i Sverige där jag kommer ifrån. Vi kom dit för att koppla av till fullo och skulle lägga oss i sängarna vid poolen. Där var full fart med flera barn som lekte livligt och ljudligt utan att någon sa till. Vi försökte gå ned dit tre gånger för att njuta och vila i spaområdet men det var samma varje gång. Jag skulle inte vilja kalla det för spa, snarare lekland för barn och jag hade uppskattat om detta tydliggjordes innan vi bokade femstjärnigt spahotell. Dessutom ingick inte frukost vilket tydliggjordes innan vi

Wonderful hotel

This is an older property in Warsaw (in the last 50-70 years) but great location and well maintained. The breakfast food options were great with friendly staffs. House keeping was also really nice. My only complaint was that when you just arrive and take the elevator to your floor, they have no signs or instructions which direction to go to find your room, to the left or to the right and in my case, I just had to leave my heavy luggage to the elevator area of my 5th floor level, walking to another 50 meter to the right to check the room numbers in order to locate my own room. Then I had to come back to another direction for 100m walk to finally locate my room. They really need to show room signs at the elevator area.

Hotellet var helt perfekt placerat! Nära till det mesta och en fin miljö. Simbassäng och massage var kanon. Fräscht. Lite smågrejer bara: Jag slog huvudet flera gånger i en dörr som täckte kassaskåpet. Det gjorde jag även i en golvlampa som var böjd. Toarullen var för liten så den trillade hela tiden av. Handduchen gick inte att ställa om helt utan det spolades både i den och i badkaret. Men det är smågrejer. Totalupplevelsen var fantastisk för det priset!

All round good hotel, nice pool, friendly bar. Didn’t eat breakfast as it was expensive and loads of cafes nearby. Bar food and restaurant excellent.

The staff were simply excellent The room was comfortable and the hallways quiet at night. It is situated so you have a lot of shops nearby . We used the fridge in the room and appreciated the slippers. A perfect place to stay yo explore Warsaw. We will stay here again

Goed hotel heel net over het algemeen vriendelijk personeel er zijn altijd uitzonderingen. Minpunt de airco op de Kamer maakt veel lawaai.gelukkig was het niet te warm en kan je het uitschakelen.

Clean, professional staff and well located

Great stay at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location is excellent—close to Old Town and many attractions. The indoor swimming pool was nice and a great place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Warsaw!

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were luxurious. The hotel was very well situated for access to public transport and for walking in the centre of the city.

Breakfast was really good, totally worth it. Bathroom amenities were lacking. Did not find a soap, except for liquid. There was a single shower towel. The hose on the shower detached mid shower and there was no direct way to redirect water back to the overhead stationary shower head. I had to rinse with tub faucet water. But the main issue was the fact that I had booked 4 nights same as my flight. When my flight changed I had to book the day before. So I could stay only 3 nights. When I shared that with hotel staff they recommended I have Expedia send a request to the hotel and they would approve it. They said we approve this all the time. When the request was sent from Expedia hotel reservations desk rejected it. It made me feel somehow treated differently than other previous cases. Staff at front desk were stunned and in disbelief. Oh Well!!!

Tudo excepcional, apenas com relação a equipe... profissionais, frios e distantes. Aliás, achei os próprios habitantes de Varsóvia assim. O q n é 1 demérito. Apenas não amigável.
