I enjoyed staying.

１階のレストランのメガネをかけたマネージャーと思われる人物の対応が、悪すぎる。 差別されている気持ちになって不愉快である。 また、４７０ゾロチ日本円で、２万数千円も払ったが、最低の対応で、今まで世界のレストランを食べ歩いたが、一番最悪だった。アコーホテル最高級のホテルだから　 ５泊したが、こんな奴の為に、最悪の旅行となった。 本来なら、我々グループの幹部３０人で泊まろう思っていたが、このホテルとレストランは、二度と行かない。

スタッフがとても親切でよかったです。

結果的には施設、スタッフともに素晴らしく快適にステイ出来ました。 当初案内していただいた部屋がエレベーターからかなり遠く（私が静かな部屋をリクエストしていたため）、高齢者を連れていたのでスタッフの方が 『部屋の交換』を提案してくださり、すぐに対応してくださったのです。 朝食も素晴らしく、本当に快適でした！ すぐに対処していただきましたが、下記の件が発生、 報告として挙げます。 チェックイン時、あらかじめレイトチェックアウトを希望し、料金を提示していただいたにもかかわらず、 17時まで無料との案内をされました。翌日他の方に確認したところ、当初の案内をされました。 ベットが寝返りを打つ程度できしんだ音がした。 備え付けのポットの底から漏水しており、結果漏電で部屋の電源が切れてしまいました。（すぐに復旧） でもこちらのホテルをお勧めします。 またお世話になりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

Beautiful hotel but really not much to do in Warsaw.

Inflexible management about amending reservations. Checked us out of rooms when we extended stay...keys did not work multiple times necessitating back and forth to front desk. Inattentive wait staff in restaurants and bar. Issues with charging food to room that was not explained. Poor value. Dissappointment.

Great stay!!

This was my third time staying in Sofitel hotel. Unfortunately I have noticed some changes. Check in was very sloppy. I have to wait until almost 3 pm ( after my overnight flight from US) and they even forgot that I’m in the lobby waiting. Also huge difference during breakfast. Stuff was trying to be invisible. After finally catching somebody they bring me cold coffee. What have happened to all those nice college kids working in the past. I don’t know if I will be staying here in the future. Location is perfect but you have couple of other hotels…..

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was in a great location and was walkable to Old Town and many of the sites we wanted to see.

Great location, very helpful staff at the front desk. Beautiful surroundings, safe , clean area, near the gorgeous Saski Park and beautiful streets and buildings. Lots of arts and cultural spots and events nearby. Small but adequate and modern gym. Coffee service at breakfast needs improvement, too slow.

The hotel is really well positioned to explore central Warsaw and the old town. The room was comfortable and quiet although the mattress on the bed was too soft for my personal preference. The concierge staff were very helpful and full of suggestions about what to go see and do. We didn't try any of the hotel dining options as it was too easy to simply walk out and enjoy the many local cafes and restaurants. There were good transport links in the area, although we found it simplest and most convenient to use Uber to get around the city.

Friendly and very welcoming with excellent multilingual (English & Polish) staff. Relaxing bar with a view of the square & a good choice of options for breakfast and room service. Walkable to many bars, restaurants and shopping options too. Easy to get to the 1hr bus from Frederick-Chopin airport.
