We enjoyed our stay with a lovely kitchen that helps us for some cooking when feeling a little bit tired having dinner outside. Pressure of water flow in a shower room need to be improved.

As usual The Oswego provided me with a lovely overnight stay. I only gave it 4 stars this time as I had trouble engaging the overnight lock.

The location and size of the room was excellent

I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view, loved the wall of windows overlooking the gorgeous green garden, didn’t feel like a hotel room - more like a bachelor suite. Bed was comfy, pillows were a bit too full. Thankfully no bugs/mosquitos so we could sleep with our patio doors open all night. It was quite warm in the room. Location was super convenient.

Although we have not brought our dog, we appreciate the this is a pet friendly hotel. We like the spacious suites and the property and room are always clean.

The room was clean and quiet. Towels and coffee were replenished timely. Enjoyed dinner, good food and service.

Excellent all around

My daughter loved that there were gummy bears free in the lobby :) The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are lovely overall, spacious and all you could need :) We enjoyed our stay walking distance to downtown and awesome food nearby! Having decent Coffee and tea options in the room was nice too. We were beside the cleaning station/closet of our hall and a barking dog end of hall so if you like to sleep in later than 8 am , ask to be away from those two things ;)

We have been staying at the Oswego for for many years now and always have the best stay! It’s our number one choice when we travel with our English Bulldog, Duke. The Oswego goes above and beyond to make his stay smooth and comfortable. There’s always a special break bag and a soft dog bed waiting for us. On our last stay we discovered we could have Duke in the restaurant with us on any of the carpeted areas! That’s a big plus for us. The only disappointing little thing this time was that they are not currently offering VIHA/goverment rates as before.

This place was amazing since we walked in. The atmosphere is really nice and it’s very dog friendly. We got a little doggie gift bag in our room and they have pet meals. The property is walking distance to everything downtown and super close to the ferry.

Bring a roll of toilet paper. The one they have is terrible, like wiping your bum with a cheese grater. Probably the system was designed by a man

Had a great time with our two daughters. Location was great and loved the restaurant downstairs.

The hotels location is in a residential area and ideal for separation from the main seafront but close to the amenities. The design and layout on the ground floor uses all the avaliable space such as the gym at the end of one corridor and the Secret Garden that it looks onto. Our room was very spacious but the furniture was a little tired and is in need of some basic upgrades. Overall happy with our stay though.
