4泊したがその内一日は部屋の清掃が行われず、洗面所のシンクの水を貯めることが出来なかった。また携帯電話が故障してホテルの電話から国際電話を掛けようとしたが 壊れていて最後の日まで利用出来なかった。全体として設備が老朽化している印象。

This hotel is located across from a restaurant complex so lots of options for food nearby. Mostly for lunch & dinner. Breakfast at the hotel is a limited menu but what they have is done well & freshly cooked. Price is reasonable for the area. The hotel restaurant is usually empty at lunch & dinner. The bar isn't busy in the evenings. Breakfast is busier & the waitstaff were friendly, fast & efficient. This is a pet friendly hotel which worked well for us. The room was clean. Hubby inspected the room thoroughly before we brought our pet & belonging in. The room had 2 queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv, desk & small sitting area by the window. The bathroom was stocked with clean towels, a hair dryer, & hotel brand toiletries. There is also a small closet with an iron & ironing board. All in all this is a decent hotel. If you're bothered by street noise ask for a quiet room. Our room faced the road & it was quite noisy for me. Hubby was fine with the noise though.

Mattress needs replacing. Springs are hurting. Toilet needs to be looked at - not flushing properly everything Everything else seemed ok.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and even got to know some of the staff.

The room and property was clean and staff were nice.

I had a great stay! The staff were very friendly & helpful. They were accommodating in every way. The hotel was spacious & clean. The room was comfortable, clean & had everything needed for a great getaway. The restaurant was really nice & the food was good!

Front counter person was amazing.

One of my reasons for booking The Hilton Garden Inn was because i loved the fact they have a salt water pool; however, there are no guidelines posted. As a result, from morning till 11.00 pm, kids took over the pool. It was noisy and loud, making it impossible to have adult time. We spent Saturday elsewhere to get some pool time.

Everything went well. Only stayed 1 night. Hotel location was good for my needs and room was clean and comfortable. Had a late dinner at hotel and burger and beer was good and normaly priced. It was all i expected.

Found hair at the entrance and on the bed upon entering the room.

It was a good stay, however upon arrival we noticed our air conditioner wasn’t working so we called down to the front desk. They sent someone up and he jiggled the thermostat and unplugged the unit to get it working. It worked for about an hour and then we noticed it stopped working again, they sent him back up and he did the same thing. This time it worked for a few hours and then again around 10:30 pm we noticed the room getting uncomfortably warm and he came for a third time and this time he couldn’t get it going so we had to switch rooms at 10:30 pm with 2 toddlers and a baby. It was very inconvenient. They did however provide yxc

Bedroom has been upgraded. Free guest parking is available. However, the lighting inside the room, to me, is not sufficient for a family.

The only drawback that I felt during our 4 nights stay was that the room was not clean earlier even when we vacated the room early in the morning. When we came back after lunch around two pm, our room was still not clean and we have to remind the cleaning staff and we have to wait half an hour at hotel lobby waiting.

I liked the location and breakfast was good too.

Would have been nice to have known that the hotel was under construction. It was fine but the front desk staff don’t acknowledge it or explain.

It’s a good location with a lot of restaurants around the area.
