Wifiが繋がらない

I got sexual abusive remarks and harassment from hotel receptionist. my check out day around 9:20AM ( my check out time was 10:00). I was sleeping but suddenly cleaner was in my room and cleaner saw my private part. I have never experience like this in my life also from my religious reason it's extremely horrible thing. I got upset and complain to reception but, the receptionist said the clear was know on your door three times nothing wrong. I completely could not understand what the receptionist said. then I got down to the reception place , and asked I want to talk with the manager but the receptionist refused. the cleaner was apologized me, However the super arrogant reception said " We will report to police because you yelled to us" " I will report to booking.com and I make you never use that again" also the receptionist using the word of sexual abusive remarks to me ( I can't write the exact word here because of here is public comment place and it was so dirty word) and the receptionist shouted to me " Go away now ! Go home!" other staff grab my body ( this meant same as physically assault ) and kicked me out. before my check out time.I can't accept this most horrible experience. I am going to ask to legal service with evidence as whole recorded conversation.

市内から適度に離れていて、のんびりできるよい場所でした。 プールはそれほど広くないですが、逆に遊んでる子どもに目が届きやすかったですね。 キッチン・ランドリー共に設備は十分にそろっています。 IHの場所が角にあって若干使いづらかったかな？ 今回は１階でしたが、２・３階へ階段で上がるのは荷物次第で大変かも。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。 近くのカフェも居心地よかったですよ。

ケアンズ市内とは空港から反対側にあるので、レンタカー利用でポートダグラスやパームコーブほど高くなく、ビーチ沿いのコンドミニアムがいいならピッタリ。 部屋は新しくないので特別きれいではないけれど、清潔でした。 ルームサービスは三日に一度と書いてありましたが、タオル交換のみで掃除はなかったようです。

まわりにはショップもレストランも少なくて不便はこの上ないが、静かでわずらわしくない環境がよい。

The garden setting and the u shape of the overall resort are lovely. The beach is very close literally metres away. Although the pool and spa are not heated it was still refreshing to have a dip due to the overall warm winter weather. The washing machine and dryer are in the apartment so very convenient. The cons: Whilst the apartment is smoke free. There was smoke from other apartment that wafted in from the balcony so had to close the balcony door quite often. No oven however there is a microwave, toaster and electric cooktop. The ocean water was quite brown for quite a few metres out due most likely to river silt.

Pool is lovely. Room was big. Beach was fenced off. Streets lights very bright so pack an eye shade. I informed staff a would be arriving after 5pm, which is when the office closes mon thru Friday, noon Saturday and Sunday. Never recovered my entry code or internet details. So have no internet during my stay. Process could be improved.

Great location and very quiet. The stairs didn’t bother me at all but certainly something to be aware of - request lower floors if you don’t like stairs :)

The property overall matched the picture's and what was promised. But after the checkout I got charged the security deposit for a damage I have not committed, which the provider should have noticed after the inspection of the previous guest before my check-in. At check-in I wasn't informed to check for any damages. So this definitely feels sketchy since such a damage should definitely be noticed beforehand.

The location was amazing! It is up on the top floor with no elevator (so be sure you can do the stairs), but had a large balcony overlooking the ocean! We liked that it was in a less busy area and we could travel into downtown Cairns, beaches, Rainforests, Kuranda, etc. in our rental car easily! They had everything we needed to prepare foods, or wash clothes. Only issue was that there were tiny ants. They do ask you throw garbage away daily, but even that wasn’t quick enough. It helped that we stored everything in the fridge until we were leaving the room and could take our garbage down. The location and price made up for dealing with the ants. I would stay there again!

Great position looking over the beach. Very quiet location. Manager was absolutely amazing. Staff were lovely.

Free undercover parking. Great position on the beach and lovely rooms with washer and dryer which is super handy!

We had a great stay. The area is very quiet. There's a great cafe restaurant directly across the street and the patio of the cafe faces the sea. Every Saturday there's live music from 3-6pm. The bus runs runs right in front of the complex so it's easy to get to Smithfield mall in less than 15 minutes on the 120 bus or Cairns Central Shopping Center where you can find groceries at Coles or Woolworths. We really liked the apartment. The sofa and bed were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again.

The resort could use some upgrades in the living room furniture and air-conditioning. They also should ensure there’s enough toilet paper in the room before they arrive. We only had a partial roll of toilet paper so we informed them. They said they’d bring it to us the next day and never brought it. It only has a/c in the bedroom so the rest of the place doesn’t get the full effect of the a/c cooling system.

Beach across the street from the property is really nice but does not have chairs or umbrellas for rent so you'll need to bring your own. Also plan on bringing your own beach towels.

Staff, girl at counter was very nice to us. pool was great.
