マラケシュに夕方来て、次の日は日の出と共に出発という短い滞在の中で、とても細かいスタッフの心配りに安心感を与えられました。朝食のサービス前に私達のために暗いうちから準備を下さったのはさらに感謝です。レストランの食事も美味しく、アルコールの種類も豊富でした。またフナ広場からの近さはとてもありがたいです。また来たいところです。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、充電器を忘れたら貸してくれたり、ホテルでのイベントの案内をしてくれたり、とてもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれて、とても滞在が楽しくなりました。また、ホテルから空港へベンツのハイヤーを用意してくれて、空港が混むから早く行ったほうがいいなどアドバイスまでもくれました。 The staff were very kind, lending me a charger when I forgot it, giving me information about events at the hotel, and talking to me in a very friendly manner, which made my stay very enjoyable. In addition, the hotel prepared a Mercedes Benz hire car for me from the hotel to the airport, and even gave me advice such as it would be better to go early because the airport is crowded. Hosni was the best staff member!

All staffs were kind. The room was clean and quiet.

全体的に非常に満足です。立地、清潔で豪華な設備、美味しい朝食など、泊まる価値あります。 ハマムが夜もやっていれば是非利用したかったです。

旧市街にとても近く立地は抜群。フロントの対応もとても好印象でタクシーをすぐ手配してくれたり、近くのおすすめレストラン等を教えてくれた。 朝食もブレッドが充実した簡単なビュッフェスタイルとなっており、好みの卵料理を聞いて調理し持ってきてくれる。 中庭もとても美しい。 このリヤドにあるハマム（アラブ式スチームバス）は是非体験してほしい。垢すりやアルガンオイルを使用したマッサージはとても素晴らしかった。

評価の良さを頼りに選びました。ただ、基本的に評価というものは「蓼食う虫も・・・」で難しいことを再認識しました。フナ広場から、徒歩数分の距離にあり、便利。宿泊客は、私たちのみか＋1組のようで、静かでよかったです。難をあげれば、到着時、ワルザザードから山道を数百キロ４WD車で走ってきて疲れていたのですが、いわゆる宿帳的なもの（パスポートの情報など・・）を、自ら書かされ、親切のつもり（本当は当人の義務？）かマラケシュ観光の案内などを、その場で矢継ぎ早に紹介されたのは、少し迷惑。帰りに、オーナーと思しき女性に出くわしましたが、彼女からは何ら挨拶もなし。特に、期待していた食事にはいささか失望しました。（私は、ワインの資格も持つ一応の食通です。）羊肉のタジンですが、非常に甘ったるいもので、期待していた繊細な味付けの料理とは程遠いものでした。料理に関しては、過去の「評価」のうち、多くの好評の中に、一つだけ酷評がありましたが、どうもこちらが当たっていたようです。

スタッフもとても感じが良く、砂漠ツアーの為に早朝に朝食を用意してくれました。 クリスマスパーティーだったので、中庭のプールには音楽の生演奏があり、 レストランで音楽を楽しみながら食事を取ることができました。 とても気に入りましたが、残念な点が折角ジャグジーがあるのにお湯が出ないことです。 夏なら水ジャグジーもいいかもしれません

ジャグジー付きということでジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、お湯を半分くらい溜めるとシャワーのお湯を使い切ってしまい、結局、ジャグジーは満喫できませんでした。翌朝ホテルの受付に報告しても、ジャグジーをフルに使えば、シャワーからお湯が出なくなるのは仕方ない、それがトラディショナルなホテルの運命だ、との説明でした。事前にそのような説明があれば、まだよかったのですが、結局、シャワーを浴びることができませんでした。レストランも決して美味しいとは思えず、屋台の方が数段美味しいと私は思います。値段に見合わないホテルでした。

3月に2日間滞在しました。オーナーがとても優しく気の付く方で滞在を楽しめました。英語は問題なく通じました。奥様とスタッフのファティマさんはフランス語だけです。自力でたどり着くのは難しすぎて無理だと思いますので送迎を頼むほうが良いです。夕食は他のゲストと一緒にでしたがそれもまたステキな交流になりました。お料理は量がすごく多いです。味は格別です!　次の日は一日英語公式ガイドをお願いしてもらいました。とてもやさしくお母さんのようなガイドさんで楽しく一日過ごせました。　リアドのセンスはとてもステキで写真を一杯撮りました。自分の家の模様替えに参考にします！！　Thank you for your great hospitality. We are sure visiting this riad again!

　フナ広場から歩いて直ぐの場所にあり、すぐに見つかりました。 部屋は綺麗ですが、個人的には価格の割には狭いと感じました。 スタッフの対応はよく、アットホームな感じがします。 　レストランも利用したのですが、とてもおいしかったです。モロカン 料理とフレンチを融合させたスタイルはとても洗練されていて、多く のヨーロピアン旅行者たちが来ているようです。 　ここは、レストランのみ利用するというのもいいかもしれません。

Excelente riad , muy bien ubicado y todo el staff muy amable

​I had such a great stay at Riad Monceau! The place is super chic and the decor is beautiful. It has a really cool mix of modern style and traditional Moroccan vibes. ​The location is amazing and perfect for getting around, and the live entertainment was tons of fun. ​What really stood out to me was how welcoming the management team was. The manager, Mohammed, and the lady manager (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately!) were both so sweet. They really went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and looked after, which I appreciated so much as a solo female traveler. ​If you're coming to Marrakech, definitely stay here. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

Have nothing but positive reviews for this riad. Clean, well located, helpful staff, lovely atmosphere. 10/10!!

I arrive there front desk was Soufiane greeting was amazing , I felt home and safe , I really wanted to experience the traditional style and luckily I chose the right place , I can’t explain about the beauty of the place , staff were amazingly helpful , very clean , property had different restaurant , at night arround the pool it was live music , that was one of the amazing trio that I had , since I was traveling solo I was kind of worried about safety , but it was very safe even late night going around the hotel but staff were make sure I am getting back safely even they ask to come and get me from square if it was late .thank you very much from the good service I really recommend to visit this hotel

Lovely Riad in the heart of the Medina, just steps from the main square. With a courtyard view room there was the added bonus of seeing some great live jazz in the courtyard every night. The spa is also terrific. Both the guys at the front desk were extremely helpful. Thanks to Soufiane for all his extra recommendations and help.

What very welcoming and clean property. Friendly staff who could not do enough for us. Fantastic location in the heart of the Medina. A little sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at globally. The authentic experience of Morocco is 100%. Everything from the building itself, to food and atmosphere is amazing. But the true beauty is the staff. What a service and beautiful people. Thank you so much.
