マラケシュに夕方来て、次の日は日の出と共に出発という短い滞在の中で、とても細かいスタッフの心配りに安心感を与えられました。朝食のサービス前に私達のために暗いうちから準備を下さったのはさらに感謝です。レストランの食事も美味しく、アルコールの種類も豊富でした。またフナ広場からの近さはとてもありがたいです。また来たいところです。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、充電器を忘れたら貸してくれたり、ホテルでのイベントの案内をしてくれたり、とてもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれて、とても滞在が楽しくなりました。また、ホテルから空港へベンツのハイヤーを用意してくれて、空港が混むから早く行ったほうがいいなどアドバイスまでもくれました。 The staff were very kind, lending me a charger when I forgot it, giving me information about events at the hotel, and talking to me in a very friendly manner, which made my stay very enjoyable. In addition, the hotel prepared a Mercedes Benz hire car for me from the hotel to the airport, and even gave me advice such as it would be better to go early because the airport is crowded. Hosni was the best staff member!

All staffs were kind. The room was clean and quiet.

全体的に非常に満足です。立地、清潔で豪華な設備、美味しい朝食など、泊まる価値あります。 ハマムが夜もやっていれば是非利用したかったです。

旧市街にとても近く立地は抜群。フロントの対応もとても好印象でタクシーをすぐ手配してくれたり、近くのおすすめレストラン等を教えてくれた。 朝食もブレッドが充実した簡単なビュッフェスタイルとなっており、好みの卵料理を聞いて調理し持ってきてくれる。 中庭もとても美しい。 このリヤドにあるハマム（アラブ式スチームバス）は是非体験してほしい。垢すりやアルガンオイルを使用したマッサージはとても素晴らしかった。

評価の良さを頼りに選びました。ただ、基本的に評価というものは「蓼食う虫も・・・」で難しいことを再認識しました。フナ広場から、徒歩数分の距離にあり、便利。宿泊客は、私たちのみか＋1組のようで、静かでよかったです。難をあげれば、到着時、ワルザザードから山道を数百キロ４WD車で走ってきて疲れていたのですが、いわゆる宿帳的なもの（パスポートの情報など・・）を、自ら書かされ、親切のつもり（本当は当人の義務？）かマラケシュ観光の案内などを、その場で矢継ぎ早に紹介されたのは、少し迷惑。帰りに、オーナーと思しき女性に出くわしましたが、彼女からは何ら挨拶もなし。特に、期待していた食事にはいささか失望しました。（私は、ワインの資格も持つ一応の食通です。）羊肉のタジンですが、非常に甘ったるいもので、期待していた繊細な味付けの料理とは程遠いものでした。料理に関しては、過去の「評価」のうち、多くの好評の中に、一つだけ酷評がありましたが、どうもこちらが当たっていたようです。

スタッフもとても感じが良く、砂漠ツアーの為に早朝に朝食を用意してくれました。 クリスマスパーティーだったので、中庭のプールには音楽の生演奏があり、 レストランで音楽を楽しみながら食事を取ることができました。 とても気に入りましたが、残念な点が折角ジャグジーがあるのにお湯が出ないことです。 夏なら水ジャグジーもいいかもしれません

ジャグジー付きということでジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、お湯を半分くらい溜めるとシャワーのお湯を使い切ってしまい、結局、ジャグジーは満喫できませんでした。翌朝ホテルの受付に報告しても、ジャグジーをフルに使えば、シャワーからお湯が出なくなるのは仕方ない、それがトラディショナルなホテルの運命だ、との説明でした。事前にそのような説明があれば、まだよかったのですが、結局、シャワーを浴びることができませんでした。レストランも決して美味しいとは思えず、屋台の方が数段美味しいと私は思います。値段に見合わないホテルでした。

3月に2日間滞在しました。オーナーがとても優しく気の付く方で滞在を楽しめました。英語は問題なく通じました。奥様とスタッフのファティマさんはフランス語だけです。自力でたどり着くのは難しすぎて無理だと思いますので送迎を頼むほうが良いです。夕食は他のゲストと一緒にでしたがそれもまたステキな交流になりました。お料理は量がすごく多いです。味は格別です!　次の日は一日英語公式ガイドをお願いしてもらいました。とてもやさしくお母さんのようなガイドさんで楽しく一日過ごせました。　リアドのセンスはとてもステキで写真を一杯撮りました。自分の家の模様替えに参考にします！！　Thank you for your great hospitality. We are sure visiting this riad again!

　フナ広場から歩いて直ぐの場所にあり、すぐに見つかりました。 部屋は綺麗ですが、個人的には価格の割には狭いと感じました。 スタッフの対応はよく、アットホームな感じがします。 　レストランも利用したのですが、とてもおいしかったです。モロカン 料理とフレンチを融合させたスタイルはとても洗練されていて、多く のヨーロピアン旅行者たちが来ているようです。 　ここは、レストランのみ利用するというのもいいかもしれません。

The Riad Monceau provided us with the best possible experience of Marrakech. They treated us like family the whole way through, willing to accommodate every request. Truly an amazing place to stay if you want to submerge yourself in the city as the location is unbeatable. Thank you so much to Soufian and Mohamed at the front desk for taking such good care of us. Both restaurants, Pergola and Bistro Arabe were delicious and the live music was great, not at all too loud. 10/10 overall.

Wir haben vier wunderbare Nächte zu zweit im Riad Monceau in Marrakesch verbracht (inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen) und waren rundum begeistert. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Live-Jazzband am Abend – mitreißend und sehr unterhaltsam. Die Musik findet direkt im Innenhof im Restaurantbereich statt und sorgt für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist, empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Unser Zimmer „Calif“ war wunderschön und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das außergewöhnlich herzliche Personal – selten haben wir uns so willkommen gefühlt. Das Team nimmt sich Zeit für Gespräche, gibt großartige Tipps für die Stadt und hilft bei allen Fragen jederzeit gerne weiter. Auch die Küche im Bistro Arabe war hervorragend – jedes Abendessen war ein Genuss. Das Wetter Anfang April war leider etwas untypisch, da es teilweise kühl und regnerisch war. Trotzdem hat sich Marrakesch absolut gelohnt – und das Riad war eine perfekte Oase, um nach einem Tag in der Stadt zurückzukehren. Für uns ganz klar: fünf Sterne für Zimmer, Service und Küche.

Compliments: Staff was superb, 5 stars, especially Chaymae who went out of her way to assist with everything. Soufiane was also very helpful. We used the car sevice for outside of the medina and airport pick-up and drop-off, which we recommend for convenience and great service. The hotel housekeeping crew works tirelessly every day and does a great job. Same for the breakfast and kitchen staff who were always friendly, in a good mood and very accommodating. We would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the loud live music until 11pm -and loud restaurant guests some nights even after that. We were on the second floor and faced the inner courtyard. It must be intolerable for people in the rooms next to the band and the amps on the ground fl. If you are a party person who stays out, you’ll be just fine. If you prefer quiet relaxation, then this Riad is not for you. Location: Couldn’t be more convenient. Only a few minutes’ walk to most attractions, including the markets and the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Restaurants: Bistro a bit on the expensive side but the Tagine was superb. La Pergola upstairs was average on food but nice space on the top of the Riad. A negative was that the entire space is smoking -difficult to understand nowadays! A suggestion to the owner: please carve out bigger half of the restaurant as non-smoking to make it comfortable for non-smokers. Rooms: very comfortable and spacious. Suggestion: to include written instructions on how to use tv and a/c.

Wonderfull riad in the heart of the Medina close to everything and beautifully appointed. The pergola rooftop and bistro arabe had great vibes, food, drinks and service. Will definitely recommend this road to anyone looking for an upscale/luxury road in Marrakech. Soufiane was the best host and helped us through our stay with every detail.

This Riad is an absolute gem. It was the first on our visit and it was all exquisite. Location is outstanding, yet the Riad itself is tucked away. The staff are amazing. The Riad has a Jazz Bar, restaurant, a few bars, and a rooftop bar. There is a show every night and music stops at 11. Though some rooms are more quiet than others (we had 2 rooms, one of which was tucked away (2 adults, 2 teenagers)), you'll hear music in many other rooms. It gets super quiet once all guests leave around 11:30. This is a special Riad. The Jazz is fantastic, the food outstanding. A real find. But consider somewhere else if you are ready for a quiet night at 9 PM.

Hard to say anything bad about this place. Location, atmosphere, service, rooms etc were 5/5. Of course you need to know you are staying at a jazz club, but after 23 it were quite. Would recommend this to everybody exploring Marrakech and the area around. They also helped us book a trip to the Atlas Mountains. If we go again this would be the place we staid

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. From the airport transfer to reception, the staff was nice and excited to facilitate my first trip to Morocco and even sat down with me to discuss must see sights. The food was amazing too! Great vibes and music.

Rommet var ikke helt rent og sengene var harde. Det var mye støy frem til kl 23 pga jazzbaren, men fordelen var at vi ikke trengte å stå i kø for å komme inn. Klimaanlegget gikk av og på gjennom natten så det var periodevis veldig varmt.
