I was able to check in with a warm welcome.I was tired after a long trip, but the smiling faces of the hotel staff made me feel better.We could see part of the waterfall from our room, and the mountain scenery was soothing .The shampoo and conditioner were also L'Oxitan products, and they smelled good. We also had a delicious breakfast with a view of the mountains.They kindly provided us with weather information when we checked out. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

大晦日から二泊しました。カウントダウンではホテルの計らいで、エントランスでみんなでスパークリングワインで乾杯、アイスランドの打ち上げ花火等楽しい年越しになりました。

少しクラシックな部屋ではありましたが清潔感があって快適でした。ただ少し部屋が寒かったのが改善して欲しい点だと思いました。 ホテル併設のレストランで食事をしましたが、非常に美味しく宿泊せずとも食事だけでも利用する価値があると思います。

新築なのか、木の質感を出した最新のデザインホテル、すべてが綺麗。コンセントも多い、車で１０分も走れば、街の明かりは消え、オーロラが見える環境でした。 レストランはワインなどを置いて、高級そう。冷凍食品を電子レンジで解凍を頼んだら、快くフォークまで貸してくれました。また、プールも完備しているらしい。 レイキャビックから観光しながらやってくると、時間がかかり夜10時すぎに到着した。

スタッフはとても感じがいいが、夜間早朝は無人となる。部屋は清潔で快適だったが2泊目にタオルの補充がなされていなかったりと不足もあった。ホテルのレストランも感じがよく味もまあまあ。周りは何もないが、自然でのどかな雰囲気がとても良かった。Wi-Fiは有料だが値段も安く接続状況も良かった。

We got there right after Happy Hour ended, but they extended the time for us.

A great place to stay if you want to explore the glaciers of the southern Iceland. Highly recommend hotel restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was also fantastic

We had a suite in Klauster and it was one of the best rooms, the bathroom was amazing! Great night sleep!

Very clean and quiet. Perfect place to relax after our drive from Reykjavik to Vik.

We stayed for two nights. Long but amazing drive after 3 nights in Rekjavik. We were 1.5 hr drive from glacier lagoon tour (amazing experience on a zodiac). Location of hotel is quiet. It’s a real surprise - bar area is just lovely. Amazing cocktails. We had two complementary for our birthdays!! Ate in restaurant both nights. Great food. Breakfast plentiful. Staff were great - especially Adrianna from Czech Republic. Room 130. Suited us just fine. Bathroom door and lighting not great and walls paper thin. Second night we had very loud neighbours. Had to complain as it went on too long and night staff stepped in. I really hate complaining but some people forget they’re in a hotel.

This property is in a small town that offers several hikes, waterfalls, and historic sites. The hotel was welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the bar area. Breakfast was a great spread and dinner options were tasty. We stayed for two nights in April 2026. There are several charging stations for electric vehicles. We had plenty of outlets in the room. The bed was great, and extra pillows were available. The wifi wasn't the greatest, but it worked. Great place to stay!

Very polite staff, good location with nice views and restaurant. Excellent breakfast. There are no amenities like gym/pool/sauna so nothing much to do. It is difficult to sleep as there is no soundproofing at all it is like having people in your room talking. Also, you cant really use the bathroom at night as the light is almost nonexistent.
