I was able to check in with a warm welcome.I was tired after a long trip, but the smiling faces of the hotel staff made me feel better.We could see part of the waterfall from our room, and the mountain scenery was soothing .The shampoo and conditioner were also L'Oxitan products, and they smelled good. We also had a delicious breakfast with a view of the mountains.They kindly provided us with weather information when we checked out. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

清潔感のある良いホテル

大晦日から二泊しました。カウントダウンではホテルの計らいで、エントランスでみんなでスパークリングワインで乾杯、アイスランドの打ち上げ花火等楽しい年越しになりました。

少しクラシックな部屋ではありましたが清潔感があって快適でした。ただ少し部屋が寒かったのが改善して欲しい点だと思いました。 ホテル併設のレストランで食事をしましたが、非常に美味しく宿泊せずとも食事だけでも利用する価値があると思います。

新築なのか、木の質感を出した最新のデザインホテル、すべてが綺麗。コンセントも多い、車で１０分も走れば、街の明かりは消え、オーロラが見える環境でした。 レストランはワインなどを置いて、高級そう。冷凍食品を電子レンジで解凍を頼んだら、快くフォークまで貸してくれました。また、プールも完備しているらしい。 レイキャビックから観光しながらやってくると、時間がかかり夜10時すぎに到着した。

スタッフはとても感じがいいが、夜間早朝は無人となる。部屋は清潔で快適だったが2泊目にタオルの補充がなされていなかったりと不足もあった。ホテルのレストランも感じがよく味もまあまあ。周りは何もないが、自然でのどかな雰囲気がとても良かった。Wi-Fiは有料だが値段も安く接続状況も良かった。

Equipe super prestativa, nos auxiliaram nas condições da rodovia, explicando sobre clima, gelo na pista e VENTO! Enfim, foi ótimo ter pegado esse hotel entre Vík e a lagoa Jokulsarlon!

Wonderful welcome! A lot of helpful information. Clean, cozy bar, and great breakfast. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Heated bathroom floor!

Breakfast was delicious, easy parking

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, as was the whole hotel. Everything in the room was high quality and well cared for. Breakfast was great. There was a variety of everything you could think of.

The hotel is very attractive and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and a good size. Two small peeves were that there is only one light in the bathroom, making it rather too dim for makeup purposes, and we could only get warm/tepid water from the shower, not hot. As a person with dietary restrictions, I'd Also like to have seen more vegan/gluten free options, particularly for breakfast. Nevertheless, a good hotel that we would recommend.

Ausser das der kleine Spiegel auf gefühlte 2 Meter höhe war und somit da wo er war kein Sinn machte... war das Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze hat es vor dem Hotel genug und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die Bar offeriert einige sehr gute Cocktails! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Friendly staff who paid attention to small details, my partner had told them he was going to propose and complimentary prosecco was in the room waiting with chocolates. The hotel and room were spotless and lots of attention to sustainability and eco-friendliness. Plenty of on site free parking, including electric charging spaces and the breakfast was incredible.

Noisy people. I think a hotel should tell each guest to respect their neighbors! Disruptive sleep after a very long day out. Also, I asked for a top floor especially for this reason way before arrival date but was just ignored and when we got to the hotel they ask for $80! more! First of all this hotel was very expensive to say the least.

Excellent breakfast selection, spacious room.
