Nice hotel, very pleasant and hospitable staff. From the front desk to the restaurant staff they were all very helpful in getting us situated. We had a very nice dinner and the Christmas tea cocktail suggestion was spot on after a cold day.

很中規中矩的飯店，房間不算寬大，但整體來說相當舒適，飯店人員態度極佳，甚至就像親人好友般與你相處，距離冰川健行、冰河湖都蠻近的，適合公路旅行的人喔！

在冰河湖和vik之间，如果在vik订不到房间，又不介意再多跑几十公里路，这倒是一个很不错的选择。也不会荒凉，这里有一片的酒店。不远处有超市、加油站。酒店看起来很新，干净整洁，住得倒是很舒服。酒店员工很热情，给予的很多的帮助。小孩到这的时候发烧，帮忙提供了很有用的诊所信息。不足就是，隔音不算太好，但也还ok吧。

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, as was the whole hotel. Everything in the room was high quality and well cared for. Breakfast was great. There was a variety of everything you could think of.

The hotel is very attractive and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and a good size. Two small peeves were that there is only one light in the bathroom, making it rather too dim for makeup purposes, and we could only get warm/tepid water from the shower, not hot.
As a person with dietary restrictions, I'd Also like to have seen more vegan/gluten free options, particularly for breakfast.
Nevertheless, a good hotel that we would recommend.
