This was the best resort I have been to. We had our own concierge, Roberto who was amazing to us. Loved the hospitality by the staff and amenities.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the service was great. I would definitely go there again. The pool view was great!!

The spa it’s a little Spence , and the room services take long time but not problem the only problem the beach water not clean but the beach yes I like the hotel

The room is so nice and clean everyday they come to clean. The AC in the room worked amazing. The pools are nice with swim up bars I loved that. The staff was super friendly and helpful to me always!! The food was great and tasty I loved the different options. My favorite thing was walking over to explore the adults only side of the resort and they have a nightclub there which was fun.

Outstanding Service and an Unforgettable Stay I stayed at Dreams Royal Beach in Punta Cana with my daughter from September 1–4, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Our concierge, Emanuel, was outstanding—attentive, proactive, and always a step ahead of our needs. He checked in on us regularly, offered great recommendations, and made sure every detail was seamless. Beyond Emanuel, every staff member we encountered played an important role in making our stay memorable. Housekeeping kept everything impeccable, the restaurant and beach teams were attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere made us feel completely welcomed and cared for. We left feeling grateful and impressed. I highly recommend Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality, and we will definitely be back. Excelentes

It was beautiful, only complaint is a lot of walking is you are on the preferred side. Our room with the private pool was amazing. They came with food and drinks to our pool. We never got in the main pools, there was no need. Def highly recommend. Also get the Italian food the first night, we got it our last night and it was hands down the best dinner apart from the romantic dinner on the beach we had there.

Excellent place to relax , soak in the sun and make memories. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly, courteous and fun. Shows were very entertaining. Property is well kept, modern and clean. Great vacation spot!

The service here is one of the best I've experienced. The workers are extremely kind and helpful. The resort itself is just ok, but the season in which I went also affected my experience (late August so the beach was too covered in seaweed to swim in). I booked the preferred members section so I had access to a few more pools but without it I really don't think there was enough variety for non-preferred members. I will say the pools are VERY clean and the swim-up bars are great. The room itself was stunning and extremely clean upon checking in. Snacks and drinks were restocked daily. Now the part that disappointed me the most was the food. Absolutely atrocious. The main buffet was mediocre at best, and the Italian restaurant (Portofino) was honestly inedible. I had high hopes for the seafood restaurant (Oceana) and hibachi but even those were just ok. I had a good time but I think I would choose a different resort next time.

Only beach was nice, staff didnt know good english, staff didnt do good job cleaning room, food was same everyday and not the best food, didnt enjoy it the most, one of my least favouritw vacations

O hotel é ótimo, funcionários super atenciosos e comida excelente. Não é muito grande para os padrões de resorts da região o que para nós foi um diferencial positivo. Vale a pena optar pela categoria do preferred club e seus benefícios exclusivos. Um ponto negativo é que sou membro gold no hotels.com e há um benefício de upgrade de quarto gratuito quando disponível , porém lá no hotel ninguém tem essa informação, não sabem nem do que se trata quando solicitamos. Acredito que a comunicação sobre o benefício não está clara ou é inexistente .
