清潔で静かで快適、移動も簡単で、全てが素晴らしかったです。機会があれば必ずまた来ます。

Worst stay so far. We checked in past 6pm on Monday, went to our room and had 2-3 cockroach run pass our legs as we sat watching TV. Caught the roach, informed the reception the next morning and all they did was send someone up to “take a look”. He came up, literally just looked around, have me a big spray and left. Receptionist had admitted that they were having a pest problem and yet nothing seemed to be done. I asked for a room change and they said they didn't have any. Came back that night and noticed another cockroach hanging out at the cabinet as we sat eating dinner. Had to catch it again. It's unsanitary and seems like nothing is being done. Instead we are given big sprays to get rid of them for the hotel. Not staying the last night, had to book another hotel for the last night.

Huge room and awesome view from our apartment. The staff was really helpful with the check in and check out procedure.

Uang deposit $200 yang akan dikembalikan 5-7 hari kerja setelah check out harus buang sampah sendiri, pas akan check out harus merapikan, membersihkan, mengembalikan barang-barang dapur yang telah dipakai ke tempat semula jika tidak harus membayar $50.

I like the location. The apartment is very clean and cozy. Must try nearby Italian restaurant -- Alfresco. (It's beside Watermark Hotel.)

Its a great hotel to stay for big family, peralatan masak yg komplit, staf yg ramah, tapi kalau check-in lewat jam 5 sore harus ambil kunci sendiri di box kunci, karena pegawai hotel sudah nggak ada. Saya sangat puas dengan hotel apartemen ini.
