部屋はクーラーの効きもよく快適です。空港からは徒歩で20分程度と歩ける距離です。ショッピングセンターも近く便利な場所でした。

夜チェックインするとオーバーブッキングで部屋がなかった。しかし近所のグレードアップされたホテルにすでに送迎とともに手配済みされており付いてなかった朝食も付けてくれた。空港からホテルまでの有料送迎をメールで依頼したが出来ないとの返事だった。空港の出口にはたくさんの混載タクシーがありホテルで頼むより安いので問題はなかった。ホテルの周りには美味しいレストランがないようでトックトックでフローレス島に行き食事した。

Conveniently located between airport and island. Maya Mall in short walking distance. Clean spacious room with A/C, ceiling fan and hot water. Daily cleaning. Polite staff.

Las camas son super comodas, limpio, todo muy bien. Seria mejor si el restaurante ofreciera cena.

Værelset havde en ram lugt og det blev ved. Men det lykkedes mig at tænde for airconditioneringen. Vinduerne sad så højt oppe, at jeg ikke kunne åbne dem. Morgenmaden var ikke inkluderet. Jeg bestilte te, men de havde ikke noget sort te, så i stedet fik k jeg noget lunkent kaffe. Ellers var personalet meget hjælpsomme. Der var en swimmingpool, der havde åbent tidligt og sent.

Beautiful hotel, good location, wonderful staff

Super clean facilities, and the beds are amazing, Ice cold AC!!! The rooms are a little small, but everything else is awesome. Best hotel for the price in my opinion

it’s actually a lovely place but the night we stayed there was a lot of noise in the room through the window, and not to mention an airplane late as it’s close to the airport… we had to have a 6 AM flight so it wasn’t a great sleep.. but if you can move through that and noise doesn’t bother you, it’s a great place

Habitaciones nítidas, personal amable y considerados. Nos dieron la oprtunidad de hacer antes el check-in y después del check-out pudimos quedarnos en el área de piscina y descanso.

Nos gustó mucho, nos trataron bien y las instalaciones estuvieron muy bonitas, cómodos y limpias. Cerca hay varios restaurantes y el acceso a isla de flores es muy cerca, nos manejamos a pie todo el tiempo.

My stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the mall, supermarkets, and the island. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was enjoyable. It’s a lovely, cozy place overall. Because it is close to the street, there is some traffic noise, but it did not significantly affect my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great assistance with booking tours and recommending evening activities. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The staff were really polite and helpful, and the place was clean and comfy. The tv remote didn't work to turn on the tv however, and there was no toilet paper when we first checked in, but front desk helped us to acquire some. The shower also didn't drain at first, and my husband had to unclog it. Our soap was also missing the second day after the cleaning of the room. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. I would still consider staying there again.
