部屋はクーラーの効きもよく快適です。空港からは徒歩で20分程度と歩ける距離です。ショッピングセンターも近く便利な場所でした。

夜チェックインするとオーバーブッキングで部屋がなかった。しかし近所のグレードアップされたホテルにすでに送迎とともに手配済みされており付いてなかった朝食も付けてくれた。空港からホテルまでの有料送迎をメールで依頼したが出来ないとの返事だった。空港の出口にはたくさんの混載タクシーがありホテルで頼むより安いので問題はなかった。ホテルの周りには美味しいレストランがないようでトックトックでフローレス島に行き食事した。

My stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the mall, supermarkets, and the island. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was enjoyable. It’s a lovely, cozy place overall. Because it is close to the street, there is some traffic noise, but it did not significantly affect my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great assistance with booking tours and recommending evening activities. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The staff were really polite and helpful, and the place was clean and comfy. The tv remote didn't work to turn on the tv however, and there was no toilet paper when we first checked in, but front desk helped us to acquire some. The shower also didn't drain at first, and my husband had to unclog it. Our soap was also missing the second day after the cleaning of the room. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. I would still consider staying there again.

Room was super clean, bed was comfy. Housekeeping was done daily. The housemaid even arranged my PJs on the bed as I left them on the floor which was a nice touch. Staff was really accomodating, although at night there is only one guy at the front desk. Pool was nice, it was not heated, but refreshing nonetheless. Furniture around the property are showing their age, specially in the pool and in my room at least. Rooms are air conditioned, which is nice given the heat of the area. There is a supermarket a block away with all the usual necessities. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was okay, although they open late (7am) and prices are on the pricey side for what it is (60 quetzales + tip per person). Overall I would stay again if the price is right.

Clean room, serene place, very convenient with a walkable distance to supermarket, places to eat, mall, gas station, market and the Island of Flores

Great place, good value, nice pool,quick walk to shops,super helpful reception, breakfast was huge. Super comfy beds and really clean rooms.we stayed two nites and went to Tikal. Took a tuk tuk to the island for the bus to tikal.easy.

Este hotel está a una distancia razonable de Flores, hay 2 supermercados cerca (uno de ellos en un centro comercial) y cajeros. El personal es muy amable y los tour te pueden recoger en la puerta o dejarte allí sin tener que desplazarte a Flores. Tener una piscina para relajarse fue un plus en nuestra estancia.
