Hotel Del Patio

My stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the mall, supermarkets, and the island. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was enjoyable. It’s a lovely, cozy place overall. Because it is close to the street, there is some traffic noise, but it did not significantly affect my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great assistance with booking tours and recommending evening activities. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The staff were really polite and helpful, and the place was clean and comfy. The tv remote didn't work to turn on the tv however, and there was no toilet paper when we first checked in, but front desk helped us to acquire some. The shower also didn't drain at first, and my husband had to unclog it. Our soap was also missing the second day after the cleaning of the room. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. I would still consider staying there again.

The place it has a colonial touch, we absolutely love it ! I highly recommend this place, clean, great customer service !!!!

Room was super clean, bed was comfy. Housekeeping was done daily. The housemaid even arranged my PJs on the bed as I left them on the floor which was a nice touch. Staff was really accomodating, although at night there is only one guy at the front desk. Pool was nice, it was not heated, but refreshing nonetheless. Furniture around the property are showing their age, specially in the pool and in my room at least. Rooms are air conditioned, which is nice given the heat of the area. There is a supermarket a block away with all the usual necessities. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was okay, although they open late (7am) and prices are on the pricey side for what it is (60 quetzales + tip per person). Overall I would stay again if the price is right.

Great place, good value, nice pool,quick walk to shops,super helpful reception, breakfast was huge. Super comfy beds and really clean rooms.we stayed two nites and went to Tikal. Took a tuk tuk to the island for the bus to tikal.easy.

L'hotel est beau et situé en dehors de l'ile et pas trop loin. J'ai même marché de l'ile a l'hotel en 15 min en prenant mon temps. C'est dans un endroit tres securitaire. Cependant, il faut investir un peu plus dans le materiel. Ma premiere chambre avait l'air climatisée qui ne fonctionnait pas, ainsi que le coffre de sécurité. Le personnel a ete gentil et m'a fait changé de chambre pour une autre avec un air climatisé fonctionnel. Pour le coffre de securite il ne fonctionnait pas bien au debut mais ils l'int réparé. Aussi, je trouve que l'endroit est vraiment beau, il a besoin d'un peu plus d'amour. Et les gars a la reception de meme que les dames qui y travaillent sont d'une gentillesse extreme.

Pictures don’t do this place justice! The courtyard area is stunning and the pool is very clean with some shaded spots to avoid direct sun exposure. There is free drinking water provided also. The beds in the rooms are incredibly luxurious and comfortable - the best we’ve had on our trip in Guatemala so far. Bathroom is very clean as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in answering questions. La Isla de Flores is only a 15 min walk away - and the hotel is a 3-5 min drive from the airport via tuk tuk (about 10-15 qtz per person). Cannot recommend this place enough!

Nice place to stay in flores outside the island, colonial atmosfere facilities. If you are going to tikal or another arqueological sites is a good option.

Great location hotel from the flores airport.

Just a short walking distance to the isle of Flores. Easy to catch transport to go on the island or the airport that are close-by. The patio is certainly a plus!
