予約をして行ったにもかかわらず、到着早々、「電気的なトラブルが生じていて部屋の用意ができないから他のホテルを紹介する」とかなんとかで、ミニキャブで別の宿（他のレビューにも出てくる 「Park Hotel」とかいうＢＢ）に連れていかれた。 もしかしたら、この「クランブルックホテル」は、ネットで多数の予約を受け入れ、周りのホテルに顧客を回すということを日常的にやっているのでは。 「Park Hotel」についてはいろいろなコメントがされているようだが、我々が泊まった部屋は不潔な感じではなかった。バス通りに面していたものの騒々しいわけではなく、エアコンは無いものの取り立てて不自由を感じることもなかった。シャワーのお湯もしっかり出ていた。朝食もイングリッシュブレックファストで食べたいものを食べたいだけ取ることができる。 立地はイルフォードとガンツヒルの中間で、それぞれの駅からバスで５分くらい。周囲には商店はないので注意。 買い出しはイルフォードの駅前のショッピングセンターやその裏の商店街がおすすめ。Ｍ＆ＳやＷｉｌｋｏをはじめ、スーパー等もたくさんあり、物価も安め。 安宿と割りきって多くを望まない人にとっては十分快適に過ごせる。及第点。

O hotel foi uma boa escolha para a nossa estadia em Londres. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e confortável, com tudo o que precisávamos para descansar depois dos passeios pela cidade. A equipe de funcionários foi atenciosa, educada e sempre disposta a ajudar com informações. Recomendo para viajantes que buscam praticidade, limpeza e bom atendimento.

All was good! I read reviews after booking this hotel and was slightly worried, but I shouldn’t have been, check in was good, room was ok, clean beds and bathroom, carpet does need a clean, but besides that would use hotel again, close to shops and train station ☺️

Good hotel to stay very close to A12 and north circular , so easy to get to work .Staff friendly room is cleaned daily with fresh towels sometimes room has fridge as well as microwave. Parking can be a bit difficult at times .

didn't like from starting, plus they took 50 £ deposit for damages ,I just took a shower and a bit rest and left..I took even rubbish after my self ...so I paid for room plus they took deposit....:( very sad...my recommendation is "avoid " this hotel...a lot nicer around...I even discribe it doggy ( something not legal)

I just stay 1 day but it’s good, everything is available in room. The lift is not working that’s the only negative point otherwise everything is Excellent. Looking forward to book 3rd time again this month

Very dirty and smelly rooms.

They had free parking which is a positive. The rooms are very old, extremely hot and out dated. The biggest issue is the WiFi you won't have a good connection better off using your phone as hot-spot. Im still awaiting my deposit ive currently chased but they seem to attempt to keep your £100 security deposit and give you all sorts of excuses ive emailed, sent many msgs and had to physically go there yesterday(over 14 days since I left) all you get told is it will be released etc take this as official notice i want my deposit released for this reason I would implore others to not attend. There's a hotel literally 1 min away with no ilford deposit scam tricks and much more Pleasant staff.

Location is superb. Hotel condition and cleanliness is also really good. I just stay 1 night so not too much interaction with staff But at the check in time there is a boy name Ali he is really helpful.

Was disappointed to find out long after booking that a "security deposit" was required. Had to comb through the listing because it's so well hidden - these things need to be way more prominent. Staff were friendly but a stupid policy of having to "hand write" my details on check-in was just annoying. Was rudely awoken by noisy people in the hallways at 1.30am then kept awake by metallic crashes and clangs from outside like trolleys or cages being moved around. Room was clean and had a nice shower/bathroom but the twin room I was in was clearly a double that had had an extra single bed put in and moves over, so there was a random plug socket and light switch in the middle of the headboard. All in all, very unimpressed

Located close to high street, tube station and bus station. Staffs are friendly and reachable 24/7. Great place to stay

Overall, a clean and spacious room for 4 people. Television was not in the most ideal place for viewing for everybody, but that would be my only criticism. Shower was hot and powerful, room was serviced daily, and the location was very quiet and ideal for local amenities and travel into London.

They have free parking, however you can’t get any space if you are late, even has street parking, but only free until 8:30am. The staff is helpful, room is clean. I thought they turned heat on before I arrived, so it was so warm, but it has musty smell, although they have air fresheners. Overall, it’s cheaper and convenient.

Located close to centre of Ilford 10 mins from Underground. Staff always helpful + friendly. Although room sway from main reception has own entrance with keys. Very clean.

I was upgraded for specific bigger room but was placed in the a smaller room

Good and clean

The light above the bed not working, the television also not working due to damaged aerial connections. I reported on the 1st day and when I returned in the evening the light had been repaired but the television still not working for the duration of my stay.
