クランブルック ホテル

予約をして行ったにもかかわらず、到着早々、「電気的なトラブルが生じていて部屋の用意ができないから他のホテルを紹介する」とかなんとかで、ミニキャブで別の宿（他のレビューにも出てくる 「Park Hotel」とかいうＢＢ）に連れていかれた。 もしかしたら、この「クランブルックホテル」は、ネットで多数の予約を受け入れ、周りのホテルに顧客を回すということを日常的にやっているのでは。 「Park Hotel」についてはいろいろなコメントがされているようだが、我々が泊まった部屋は不潔な感じではなかった。バス通りに面していたものの騒々しいわけではなく、エアコンは無いものの取り立てて不自由を感じることもなかった。シャワーのお湯もしっかり出ていた。朝食もイングリッシュブレックファストで食べたいものを食べたいだけ取ることができる。 立地はイルフォードとガンツヒルの中間で、それぞれの駅からバスで５分くらい。周囲には商店はないので注意。 買い出しはイルフォードの駅前のショッピングセンターやその裏の商店街がおすすめ。Ｍ＆ＳやＷｉｌｋｏをはじめ、スーパー等もたくさんあり、物価も安め。 安宿と割りきって多くを望まない人にとっては十分快適に過ごせる。及第点。

便利な立地です。５分〜８分歩けば駅があるし、バス通りにはバスが沢山走っています。駅周辺にはお買い物、銀行、外貨両替店、何でも揃っていて賑わっています。しかも全体的な物価がとても安いです。ホテルの朝食はとても充実しています。人気ホテルで宿泊客で毎日混んでいるので、朝食は遅くいくと席がなく待つことも。WIFIも無料で快適ですが、宿泊客が多いので回線が混雑でよく停滞する点だけご注意を。

Parking was good and easy to park.

Stanza da 4 persone ampia e vivibile. Nessun vicino per cui ottimo silenzio. Accoglienza ottima. Non pulitissimo e non nuovo, tuttavia il nostro soggiorno è stato molto confortevole.

Very helpful, good location for accessing the Elizabeth line, clean rooms, reasonably priced and parking..

Room was clean and parking was ok. Able to get to work comfortably.

Won’t be staying again

Mattress's was so bed that can’t sleep and floor carpet was not walkable, they use Clorox that I can smell soon walk it the room.

I do not have a car and do not want to answer this question.

Everything gone good except the behaviour of the reception staff present on 05th Dec is not a Welcoming one, that's why it losses a star

Had to be ther worst stay I’ve ever had there, uncomfortable bed, unclean sheets, very noisy room, cold shower and even the sink leaked when I was shaving causing wet socks before work, what a joke!

The room was ok, didn’t love the slanted ceiling which made me have to constantly be careful not to hit my head. The shower head holder was broken so you have to keep holding it to shower. The heater worked well, room was always toasty even in freezing weather. Daily housekeeping is offered but I wish they would provide “do not disturb” signs, as I was woken up everyday of my stay to open my door and say “no thank you” to the cleaner, which was terrible for me as I have sleep issues and having my sleep disturbed everyday ruined my experience.

The staff very pleasant We did onow about the £100 security deposit, , this is the only hotel I know off in the UK that takes one. The room was run down and badly needs a refurburb. The room was comfortable and clean.

We went there and they asked us to go to their other hotel. We were so tired after a long travelling. And they were saying we are renovating the room so just go to our other hotel.

Was a pleasant stay, easy check in, comfortable room, only annoying thing is going back out to the car to put a piece of paper inside for parking

Everything was fine except for the carpet, which needs to be steam cleaned or replaced

Front desk staff abroupt and rude. Parking can be difficult, if there isnt any space you will need to look on a side street. Room was small could be updated, bathroom is more of a shower room not suitable for larger people the shower was over filling due to the drainage so the shower had to be turned off to allow the walter build up to go down before finishing your shower, towels could be bigger but that os a preference. We was woken up by staff banging the door wanting to clean our room an hour before check out.

Waited to park at the front as I was unaware there was parking at the back. Very basic hotel but had a comfortable night sleep.
